I've been suffering from mild cystic acne since my early 30s. Topical treatments (Differin, salicylic acid, etc.) have had no effect on the frequency and severity of my breakouts so I ordered this after reading the reviews. I nearly abandoned the product after the first 3 days of usage. Prior to taking this product, I've never had gastrointestinal problems but for the first week of taking this probiotic, I had really severe bloating, indigestion and diarrhea. I'm glad that I reluctantly stuck to it because after 3 weeks of continued (and very uncomfortable) use, my initial stomach problems have disappeared and my skin has finally started to clear up! I think the initial problems were caused by the probiotics trying to flush out the junk in my system. I hope this works for other people suffering from cystic acne but I do suggest that you stick with it for at least 2 weeks.
Since I can't find chipotle peppers where I live, this is a big flavor booster to chili, soup, roasted veggies, even scrambled eggs. Helps me cut down on sodium since I end up adding less salt for flavor.
These beans are smaller than cannellini beans (white kidney beans), but these also have the label "white kidney beans" on the package but are much more affordable - yay! They taste pretty much the same as the larger cannellini beans but cook faster.

I tend to snack non-stop so these pocket snacks are the perfect size/portion to take the edge off of cravings. Plus, pumpkin seeds are super healthy and pack a decent amount of protein, so I'm not reaching for a candy bar right after polishing this off. Also, these are not overly salty. Yum!

I've been a fan of Spirutein products for several years but this was my first unsweetened spirutein purchase - and I'm really happy that I can add protein to a multitude of dishes and drinks without altering the taste too much. I add a scoop to my morning oatmeal and to my faux rice pudding (made with chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon) for a satisfying low-cal snack. I'm going to try all of the unsweetened flavors stocked by iHerb .
Chocolate milk on ice with a straw...and I'm 10 years old again. It's a favorite afternoon snack that keeps me from raiding the candy cupboard.

Since I can't get Girl Scout cookies here (abroad), these help me get my Thin Mint fix. I'm so incredibly bummed that these have been discontinued on iherb. Please bring them back!
To avoid risk of BPA poisoning from canned tomato products, I ordered jarred tomato paste for the first time. The product is brighter in color and milder/fresher in taste than the typical canned/tubed tomato paste. To develop/deepen the flavor, I cook the paste in the pan for a couple of minutes with other herbs.
I'm not normally a fan of milk chocolate since it usually just tastes like a mouth full of sugar but the Chocolove Milk chocolate bar has real chocolate-y flavor so I'm definitely going to buy it again.
Chocolate and orange is my favorite flavor combo and the cute poem on the wrapper always makes me smile. Since it's dark chocolate, I feel less guilty about eating candy as well...I wonder, does the added orange peel count towards my five-a-day of fruits/veggies?
