One tablet is one gram, I take one before and one after training. Max daily is 5 grams.
CEE is the best fast absorbing creatine and dosnt require loading period. on the packet says 3 tablets daily witch is about 2 grams. Creatine mono requires about 5g daily on training days but ethyl ester only 2-3 grams 30-45min before training.
There are a lot of pills and few of them are big and hard so swallow but this is the best multivitamin you can find. Full dose of vitamin's, amino's and Branched amino's. I love it, for best results take with Shock Therapy and Isolate Protein (for advanced lifters half done of Pump is also welcome), you can also take additional Glutamine if you want. good luck :D
