A good lesson!

Posted by iHerb Customer on Dec 01, 2016 | Verified Purchase

I used that for about a few days and then my lips became so dry... Then I did some research and found that natural Vitamin E contains altogether 8 isomers: Alpha-tocopherol, beta-tocopherol, gamma-tocopherol, delta-tocopherol, alpha-tocotrienol, betaw-tocotrienol, gamma-tocotrienol, and delta-tocotrienol. This product contains ONLY one of the eight isomers, which is alpha-tocopherol. To me, only one of the isomers does not equal to having all 8 of them, and thus is not convincing to call it Vitamin E oil! This product should be called one isomer element from vitamin E oil! Some studies indicated that long term usage of only 1 isomer could instigate negative effect on body. Furthermore, this isomer is derived from soy! It is better to avoid any kind of soy even those that are organic and non GMO. Lastly, I am grateful for this product. Without buying this and having a negative reaction to it, I wouldn't have any knowledge on vitamin E. Thank you NOW FOODS!

This is a good product

It is a much smaller packet than I expected.... The cream is separated from the oil, you can see obviously two layers, which is good because it shows that no emulsifier is added. Moreover, you can easily remove the excessive oil if you want to. I removed most of the oil and used it to do oil pulling this morning. So, if I continue to use this product, I may not need to buy coconut oil anymore... Used the cream last night. It tasted good!

Can't live without this!

I think this tastes well, though I prefer one that does not have a flavor.... Other than the added flavor, I found this really good. The product helps me with my chronic cough and breathing problem.

high phosphorous

The quinoa is big, white, and smells great. They tasted good also. Nevertheless, it is high in phosphorous, and I developed some kidney problems after I started eating that. I think this brand is honest because its phosphorous level is written on the package, while other brands simply do not indicate it. All quinoa is high in phosphorous, people with kidney problems should pay attention.

I haven't try this yet, but I used the one with lavender. It smells bad to me...
