Good

It's more nutritious than the other brand I tried (tri-color quinoa) according to their nutrition facts label, but it's more expensive... I think I will mix them together to strike a balance between nutrition and price. For 1.5 cup of rice, I mix 1/4 of organic quinoa with 1/8 of organic millet and the remaining Thai rice.

I add a few drops of it in water as mouthwash in the hope of enamel reminalization... Taste is tolerable.

Thanks for your feedback!

Tasty with fair price!

Though it's not as nutritious as the other brand I tried (red quinoa) according to the nutrition facts label, it's tasty with fair price. For 1.5 cup of rice, I mix 1/4 of it with 1/8 of organic millet and the remaining Thai rice.

I love FES flower essence and this is among the best. I spray it on my pulse points and rub instead of spraying it in mouth as I still dare not drink any flower essences or tinctures (even it's free of alcohol). Seems to work a bit for a variety of issues. I also mix it with my regular cream for eczema and I think it's gradually healing. I also add it to my regular shampoo and body wash sometimes.

I've read that organic ingredients may not necessarily be as potent / good as wildcrafted ones, and then I found Sunfood Body Wash. Its ingredients are very similar to its shampoo, and I googled that amla fruits are good for hair, thus I bought it mainly for my scalp. It left my scalp clean and without dandruff even on the next (and third) day of my first shampooing with it! I had tried many organic shampoos to treat my dry, itchy and flaky scalp but none of them could really help me get rid of my dandruff. They were either too dry for my scalp or too oily (after adding a few drops of oil) for my hair, until I found this. It's good for those who wanna try low / no poo too. As a body wash, it's suitable for my dry and sensitive skin. It cleanses without stripping my skin of oils. It does have sour smell, but I love it! Actually its smell is only strong when one sniffs it, but a bit light when one washes with it and it just fades away right after washing.

Love it!

I love FES flower essence and this is among the best. I spray it on my pulse points and rub instead of spraying it in mouth as I still cannot overcome the alcoholic smell and taste. Seems to work a bit for my panic and anxiety issues. I use it and its "Post-Trauma Stabilizer" alternately.

I love FES flower essence and this is among the best. I take a few drops on my pulse points and rub instead of taking it in mouth as I still cannot overcome the alcoholic smell and taste. Seems to work subtly. I think it can be added to any skin care products (if your skin is not allergic to alcohol) as well since it's one of the key ingredients in Self-Heal cream. To reduce the alcoholic smell, one may put it in hot water and let it cool down before mixing. For more serious or acute issues, I suggest using FES post-trauma stabilizer or fearless or five-flower remedy.

While I still dare not drink flower essence or tinctures (I don't like alcohol too. I used to rub a few drops or sprays on my pulse points), I'm ok to take it in pastille form. Seems to work subtly. It's tasty too so sometimes I take it as candies. On my second purchase now. Btw as it contains xylitol, I don't think it's suitable for dogs.
