After taking almost all tablets over the course of time, I must admit that I noticed no effect, good or bad, on the days I took the tablets.

After taking the whole bottle I may admit that I hadn't noticed any effect whatsoever. The days when I took it were the same as the days I missed taking it. To be sure, the same was true for the other Maca products that I'd tried, so it may be that Maca in general has no effect on me, not that this specific product is ineffective.
