Colour's not nice and it broke on my second use
As I really loved ELF's Mineral Lipstick which was discontinued, I found this alternative. I was really looking forward to getting this as the reddish brown colour sounded/looked like one of my favourite lipsticks from Guerlain that was discontinued awhile back. Unfortunately this was very different colour that was not nice on me at all. It was very red and very brown. It's hard to describe but kind of like a brick red? I don't think it would be a flattering colour for many people. Since I didn't want to waste this though, I was going to dab on a tiny bit and layer it with another lipstick. However, on my second use, the lipstick broke. I'm really careful with my lipsticks and only pull up the minimal amount, and since I didn't like the colour which was very strong, I'd been applying almost no force on it. It really was more like a touch and the thing just broke off like butter. This was the first lipstick that broke on me . The second unforunately came soon after, it was a lipstick that I also bought the next time I shopped at iHerb (which I loved) but it that came to me already broken. I won't be buying lipsticks blindly on this site again as it's too risky for the price, unless it's the ELF one as I loved their Mineral Lipstick and at that price point, happy to try others.
Smells funny. Didn't absorb well. Wasn't moisturizing and not pleasant to use
I couldn't see an effect which wasn't surprising considering the small amount and it only lasted 1/2 months. I did use it up to make sure I'd give it enough time to work. However, what was disappointing was that it didn't absorb fully but a little greasy. And it smelt like a bad medicinal smell. It also wasn't moisturizing. So it didn't do anything for me. And with the weird smell and texture, it wasn't even a pleasant experience putting it on, it felt more like a badly formulated cheap product so I definitely won't be repurchasing this.
The bristles give just the right pressure in stimulating the scalp. A really lovely brush. I'm hooked and will never go back to plastic bristles again.
Good sturdy blender bottle, and for less than USD1 it was a great bargain. I use it not only for shakes, powdered yoghurt, but also for pancakes. Mix up pancake batter in the blender and pour directly into the pan....not only is it easier but saves washing up another bowl too! ^^
This was exactly what I was looking for. A metal comb to separate my lashes after applying mascara. It works well, and I love the colour. The brush for the brows isn't too great, I still prefer my spoolie for brushing my brows but this was worth it for the lash separator. It comes with a small pastic cap for the metal lash separator which is handy, you'll just need to be careful not to lose that. And of course, always be careful when using the metal spikes near your eyes. I prefer to hold the comb above my lashes, and comb down from the root out to ensure I don't poke my eyes.
I loved this.
This was a great product for me. It was a nice colour, not too dark/bright. I was worried this would end up being too light/bright pink (which I hate unless subtle mauvy/rose pink) but it wasn't. It was like a MLBB colour turned up a few notches which ended up being just right, just enough to brighten up without being too bright. It was very pigmented that I only needed one or two light swipes yet it actually lasted slightly longer than my other lipsticks. I loved that it was mineral lipstick too so came back to buy another one but saw that all of them have been discontinued. Since ELF site still carries them, I'm really hoping that iHerb brings them back again someday...
Good...very hot...huge pack!
It's certainly very hot, and a very little goes a very long way. I'd originally bought this to take cayenne pepper water but stopped as it was a bit difficult to keep up. I use it for cooking now (max for one serving is 1/2 teaspoon, usually 1/4 teaspoon's good). I've also made several bottles of homemade tabasco sauces using this, it's a pretty decent dupe considering tabasco only has tabasco chilli peppers, vinegar and salt. There's still so much left though, and it's starting to get oxidized. It would be great if they had this in 1/2 this size....
The handle portion does seem a little haphazardly put together so I can see why some reviewers broke theirs easily. It's not the best worksmanship but it's good for its pricepoint. Mine's pretty sturdy though I'm careful not to apply to much pressure on it. Bristles are a bit on the hard side but I don't mind. I keep it outside of the shower to avoid moulding but end up forgetting about it and not using it regularly...
Great but eats a lot of shower gel and takes forever to dry
I love these gloves as my skin feels so smooth. I can't use scrubs as they clog our pipes unfortunately. Texture is nylon like but it doesn't hurt. You should note that these gloves use up a lot of shower gel - I use 6-8 pumps more using these gloves which I don't mind. One star knocked off as these don't dry hanging in the shower stall (first time I used it I came back 8 hours later and it was still dripping wet) so I take them out to dry for a few hours before putting them back once they're dry. It's a bit of a bother, but now it's become part of my after shower routine and since it only takes a few seconds, it's not too bad. The payoff is great though, silky smooth skin...
Decent product, good for the price
It's a no fuss really cheap mascara that work's fine. No bells and whistles - doesn't curl, just lengthens slightly. I was looking for something that wouldn't clump and just add slight length with minimal as natural coat as possible and this works fine for that. It does smudge slightly when I put sunscreen too close to under my eyes. Not smudgeproof/waterproof.
