You will use less of this sugar if you are used to using the more finely granulated and more refined white sugar so be prepared to adjust recipes so they don't turn out too sweet. Wholesome Sweeteners quality is wonderful. I have been buying their sugars for many years now. You can get this kind of sugar for a better value, but if Fair Trade Certified means something to you, this is great.
Great product. Has a nice subtle smell and flavor of coconut. If you cook or bake with this, the coconut flavor is very subtle, but still I prefer to use this for body and when a coconut flavor is desired. I buy the organic refined kind also for no smell/flavor.

This product does not mix in well with liquids. I shook it and blended it for a very long time, and I could still taste it as a very noticeable gritty texture in my smoothie. Be aware that when you read good reviews for this products that those reviews are many years old. I read another review that said the quality has changed and that the product used to mix in well with liquids. Basically, I had to hold my nose while drinking my smoothie. Also, in order to get the full 20g of protein per serving, the serving size is 1/3 cup!! If you are going to add that much at once, you will definitely notice the bad texture and flavor.
I love this brand of honey. I actually purchased the organic version first, but iherb discontinued it. After I did a lot of research on organic vs. conventional honey, I decided I was fine with buying this. I like this one better than the organic one! Perfect creamy texture of true raw honey (could completely solidify is cooler tempts) and I don't think the flavor can be beat. Please know that truly raw honey, like this one, is a very pure product. It is not mixed with any corn syrup, so you will get full honey flavor, which is very sweet. Honey is sweeter than sugar, so you may not be used to the sweetness. This is actually the first time for me that a sweetener has beaten out Wholesome Sweeteners brand. Beside the fact that this is an incredible value, Wholesome Sweeteners brand left a very slight bitter/tangy aftertaste. This kind did not.
The Aubrey Organics lip balms are beeswax and coconut oil based, so they are not strong on the olive oil aroma/flavor as some of the other brands are. The raspberry smell is nice. The only thing I have a problem with is that the turning mechanism to move up the balm got stuck and I was unable to get a lot of the remaining balm out without digging into it with a q-tip or something.
