I originally bought the "Chill Pill" brand of chill pills. They were very effective, but also very expensive. I know this particular brand doesn't have as many ingredients as the original one, but I still find it very effective and a lot more affordable.
I started using this ointment over 15 years ago when I had the beginning of pressure sores. I got the pressure sores from my wheelchair cushion and so sitting, or lay down on my back was impossible. A friend gave this to me and fortunately for me, it was gone within a few days. I eventually switch to the Christopher's oil for this area and my hips's and legs because I changed my mattress and wheelchair cushion to air, so the area was not as prone to pressure sores. However, my shoulders are very bony, so I continue to use the ointment there. It is really amazing stuff! I have come very close to having major skin breakdown in the shoulder area, but this ointment and, of course, avoiding laying on the bad shoulder for just a few days saves me every time. I highly recommend this product for avoiding pressure sores and even for healing them when they are just starting. I do not know about full-blown pressure sores because after using this for years I have never gotten any.
I take niacin once a day. It helps with my energy level and also mosquitoes don't like it, so it's very rare that I get mosquito bites. If I take 500 mg a day. Non-flushing is also a huge plus. This brand is a great price!
This is an amazing oil. I use this and the ointment for pressure sores. I use it both to prevent pressure sores and on areas where pressure sores have started, but are not a huge risk of getting worse. For example, my heels are very red but they do not touch the bed very often or areas where there is a little more fat. Otherwise for the worse areas I use the ointment. There is a little more protection with the ointment. It is thicker, probably because of the beeswax. I have used both for years and have very sensitive skin prone to rashes, however when most of my body was covered in a contact dermatitis rash, the only part on my body that wasn't was where I had to used the Christopher's Formulas. The only con to this product is that the smell is not very pleasant, however I don't find it really strong and I think it's something that's worth getting used to.
I love these lip balms! They are very moisturizing, they smell great, like grapefruit and I like all the colors. The colors are very subtle and they grapefruit smell and taste is really refreshing
From what I understand, everyone should be taking zinc on a daily basis. With the amount of supplements. I take, it's very nice to find one that is so inexpensive.
Really like this shampoo. Along with the Nature's Gate conditioner, my hair is far less frizzy. Also, I have had a lot of problems with itching from different shampoos and conditioners. I don't seem to have too much of a problem with this shampoo. I have used it for a couple of years with really good results. Also, the price that I herb is awesome
Good product at a reasonable price.
My skin is very delicate and sensitive. I looked for products to use on my face for probably 10 years. A friend recommended this to me and I have used it for over 10 years and love it! It cleans and freshens your skin without any drying. It is very cooling to put on and your skin actually feels soft after. All the people that I know that use this toner seem to have very nice skin. Also, the rose fragrance is beautiful! Very subtle It smells like you are in a rose garden. Not that fake, perfumey rose smell that some products have. You know, that smell that makes you want to throw up.
I've always loved Nature's Gate, shampoos and conditioners, but I have not been able to find the jojoba ones for quite a while. I am very sensitive to regular shampoos and there are also a number of natural essential oils of them allergic to. This shampoo is not only perfect for my scalp, but also very nice and gentle on my hair.
