I add half a tablespoon of chicory to a pot of coffee, it lessens the bitterness and adds rich dark color and flavor. I also read that chicory provides nulin which is a "pre-biotic" which prepares the lining of the intestines for pro-biotics, in other words healthy intestinal flora, which supports the immune system and aids digestion.
I enjoy the funky smell/ taste similar to garlic, and Ifeel like it's aiding digestion, but I have gotten bad breath reviews from my kids!
nice to get this sample of a product cheaply, but it's too soon to tell if it works, especially since I use so many other supplements.

Not very tasty to either of my cats, I need to crumble it into their kibble to have them eat these, can't really say they are "preventing" those hairballs, either!
Small amounts of this substance made a substantial improvement in my mobility and flexibility overall.
I have been taking this tincture for oral sores and blisters, along with thuja homeopathic tablets. It appears to work well.
This tincture helped me in dealing with feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, hesitancy, and depression.

This supplement helps me with knee pain and mobility issues, and I have been told it is effective to counter the signs of aging process for skin and nails as well.
I feel steady ande strong in erergy lately, but can't say for sure it is this supplement that's doing it.
tastes worlds better than most zinc lozenges!
