RECEIVED THE PRODUCT THAT WAS ONLY HALF-FILLED, TWO TIMES IN A ROW

I've bought Total Soy about 4-5 times so far, and I clearly remember that the first two ones were completely filled. However, the last two ones were complete disappointment, as they were only half-filled. I don't know what the company is thinking, but it is so annoying. It's not that expensive to officially make a claim about it but it still bothers me a lot. I weighed it right after receiving it today - only 250g. Are you kidding me? I didn't pay for 250g. It was $11.5 for 540g. Last time this happened, I didn't bother to call the company or something as I liked the total soy powder and as I thought this was an honest mistake. When it happened once again today - when I saw it was half-empty again - I was really disappointed by the company. I thought I found my perfect protein powder/meal replacement, but I guess I will just have to change to another brand. It doesn't even have that much protein anyway. I only liked it as a guilty pleasure, but whatever. Total Soy, or Naturade, you should be ashamed. What is wrong with your product packing system? Is it really that hard to make sure each product weighs at least approximately the same?
