I love the taste and economy of this product. We bought 4 and will definitely buy again. My two youngest children, 1 and 3, and I eat spoonfuls of it here and there. Coconut Oil is one of the main ingredients in baby formula, but that stuff is so processed, so I love to supplement my little ones with the real thing. Also, my other children beg for it in their porridge and other things. We are all dairy intolerant so it works perfect in place of butter. And the strong taste is an indicator it is PURE and not processed. So for the people who complain about the strong taste, you need to understand you are getting a pure product and if you choose something else based on a more mild taste it is just not possible that it is a pure, unrefined product. This is the real thing. And it makes great vanilla, cashew pudding :).
I absolutely love this as a spread or in our grain-free pancakes. My children also enjoy dipping their veggies in it. Apparently there are some not so good reviews. Maybe that is because you are expecting it to taste like peanut butter. Squash seeds turn into a nice seedy/nutty taste with undertones of sweet squash. It is absolutely wonderful.
Pure, green stevia is hard to come by unrefined. It may not dissolve like it's refined counterpart, but it does have a better, and milder taste. It blends well into almost everything except tea, but if left to steep it works fine to sweeten it. It is great in homemade hot chocolate, puddings and cakes, especially if it is used to enrich some other natural sweetener that you just want to use a lot less of like banana, applesauce, honey or other fruit. It seems to just bring out the natural sweetness in those things. On it's own it doesn't seem to provide as rich a sweetness, but if you like subtle it does that solitaire. And you just can't beat that it is pure and unrefined. Always a better choice to stick with the purest forms of stuff.
I was very disappointed with this cinnamon. Seems like poor quality and bland taste as well as too coarse of a grind. I would advice to stick with the ceylon cinnamon from Sri Lanka for good quality.

This is the best cranberry supplement I have tried. It is more potent for the price which is affordable comparatively. I am susceptible to reoccurring UTIs for over 5 years now and taking this supplement daily keeps them away. I occasionally stop and can go a couple weeks without taking it, but if I start taking it as soon as I notice a bit of pain then it resolves the problem and I do not need to see the doctor. I was also told I might have interstitial cistitis as I would not always test positive for a UTI. This supplement also helps this.
This is the best chocolate I have come across. It is just too bad it costs so much, but it will keep you from eating too much I guess!
These bars are SOOOOO good that I wasted my money because I ate them all too fast. I bought two boxes and they were supposed to be occasional "treats" for my low-sugar diet. But they are so amazingly good that I ate 1-4 bars a day until they were gone. Next time I will only order one box so I don't eat so many!

The best tasting and longest lasting gum sweetened with xylitol, but pay attention to your digestive system as more than a couple peices a day can cause some disruption - cramps and little "scoots".
Can't say I noticed any positive health effects taking this, so not sure it is worth it.
They could taste better and I think they bothered my stomach a little.
