my hyperpigmentation has faded a little. no miraculous improvements here, but there is definitely improvement, which is better than a lot of other stuff i've tried that did not work at all. it is also easily absorbed which is a big plus. i don't like sitting around waiting for cream on my face to soak into my skin. the only downside is the smell. neem smells pretty terrible and this company tries to cover it up by dumping fragrance which doesnt really work so you get a lot of fragrance + neem smell. yikes. however i think its worth it and the smell really isnt a big deal to me. 5 stars for this product still :)

Warm tingly (but not unpleasant) sensation after applying, and it feels like there is some tightening/firming thing going on. Plus it is completely absorbed into the skin. You only need a fraction of a pump, and the pump is easy to control. It's not the kind that is all or nothing, yknow? I love it. Will totally repurchase (even though it is so expensive :'( ).

I like it. Just remember to not steep too long, it's not very forgiving when it comes to oversteeping.

the colour is kinda a light reddish brown...not exactly what i was expecting but i actually like it. doesn't tug for me, and stays on pretty well.
i really wanted to love this because of the natural ingredients and stuff, but honestly, every other asian BB cream (yes yes i know BB and CC cream are not the same) ive used performed better (ive used missha, skin food, and innisfree). coverage is not really good, it won't really cover blemishes, it doesnt last that long, the smell is strange, and it feels kinda greasy. it doesn't really suit my skin tone, but maybe it's because i'm asian and my skin tone is warm. maybe im judging this quite harshly because i almost never use foundation. i can see how someone who uses foundation frequently will find this to be much lighter and more breathable. but for my asian skin, i think i will go back to my innisfree after this tube.
works great, better than i expected!

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews but I love it! My hair is oily and this lathers really well. I love that it smells like neem (which makes me feel like there is actually neem in this!) and it does a pretty good job at cleaning my hair. This is my favourite shampoo thus far and I've tried A LOT. Most shampoos with relatively "good" ingredients are usually thin/runny, won't lather, doesn't clean well or cleans too well (makes my hair straw-like). This one doesn't do any of those for me, at least :)

This is a mild and sweet kind of oolong. Quite different from the dark roasty kind. Just a little note of warning if you're the type who like a roasty oolong tea. I love all types of oolong so doesn't matter to me. I love that this is fairtrade too.

I honestly didn't have any high hopes left for all these sulfate free paraben free blahblahblah shampoos...because they always left my hair straw-like, and some even gave me hairfall issues. But this turned out to be a surprise. Yes, it is runnier than normal. I do use a little more than I would with a normal shampoo, but it really left my hair soft and did not give me any hair thinning issues. It is as the bottle says, a gentle shampoo. I don't know what it is, maybe it does have some calming effect, but I'm always happy after shampoo-ing my hair. It's more than I'd like to pay for a bottle of shampoo, but oh well, at least it works!
