Krill oil supplements are exceedingly expensive in my country. I was really happy to find iHerb stocked these and at such an affordable price. The shipping was very cheap (DHL international) and I received my package in a few days. Now onto the Krill oil softgels; small and inconvenient to take. Absolutely NO fishy taste or smell and no fishy burps or after taste. I start with 2 daily for the first month progressing onto 1 daily. I noticed a definite change in my well being, but as I've started taking a number of supplements I couldn't say which one is responsible.

These are a great addition to my morning routine. I take one a day and I notice a difference if I forget my multivitamin for a few days. I feel more energetic, alert and sleep better since I've been using these. Highly recommended, the only downside is they're painfully large to swallow so you may benefit from cutting these in half. Theres a slight smell and taste, but this is not too much of a problem. Once again, iHerb is very affordable to compared to the health stores in my country. Also out of all the global companies I've ordered from, iHerb has the cheapest and quickest shipping.
