I used this powder for the first time today together with their cacao butter, some MCT oil, pastured butter, organic crushed vanilla beans and the combo was divine. This powder is lighter in color than the one I usually use (Now Foods, Certified Organic, Cocoa Powder) and in my opinion tastes better. From what I can gather, lighter in color usually means less processed. I will start using this powder from now on even though it is SLIGHTLY more expensive than the cocoa powder from Now Foods. I love the size of these tablets, not gag-inducing like many else. The fact that they are organic and cheap makes them a winner. This item is permanent on my shopping list.
I do think this is the cheapest organic cacao butter on iHerb by quite a large margin. Also it tastes and smells divine. Used it in my daily cup of homemade hot chocolate today (together with MCT oil, organic chocolate powder, pastured butter and crushed organic vanilla beans) and it came out perfect. Keeps me in ketosis and gives me that cognitive enhancement without the use of coffein. HIGHLY recommended!
Vitamin K2 helps the body to move calcium from the blood stream and into bones and teeth. Kale is a great natural source for Vitamin K but I dont get to eat that every day. I love the fact that this one contains the most essential types of Vitamin K2 out there in one little softgel (Mk7 AND Mk4). Its also a bonus that the vitamins themselves are contained in extra virgin olive oil, nice touch. This item is permanent on my shopping list.
Selenium is great to combat depression and treat thyroid issues. I got my selenium from brazil nuts earlier, but several sources claim they can often be riddled with toxic mold. This feels safer (and cheaper). Will continue to purchase.
Organic chia seeds has got to be one of the most healthy foods one can consume. They are a rich source of inflammation-reducing and brain boosting Omega 3 fatty acids. As a rich source of fiber they are also excellent to feed those good probiotic bacterias. I use these regularly in my post-workout smoothie and they are awesome. They can also be used in homemade chocolate and jam. Permanent item on my shopping list.
My hands tend to dry up and this cream does a very good job of rectifying that problem. It absorbs very well and smells ok. My go-to hand cream.
Cashew nuts contain a good portion of oleic acid, the heart-healthy fat. They also contain biotin, copper, iron, magnesium and zinc. I love that they are organic, raw and unsalted, just what I was looking for. Seeing as cashew nuts are expensive in general I cant really complain about the price either. Perfect to use in homemade chocolate or just as a snack. Will continue to buy.
My wife absolutely loves this lip balm (so do I but she tends to keep them for herself:P) Love the fact that it is organic and toxic free
