About Me

Hello. As far as nutrition goes, I prefer herbs to plain vitamins- trying to eat god. fresh fruit and veg seems to be the best strategy. My mainstays are an ENORMOUS fruitshake in the morning plus a flask of fresh ginger and hawthorne tea during the day. Aside from that, I just keep away from sugar. Its always good to try new things though. Currently, my 'thing' is red ginseng- gives me lots of energy and also tastes quite nice!! ----- Read the above? All change now. My main aim is to cut out the sugar these days so my enormous fruit shake has been replaced with a huge blended salad! It was a challenge to get it right but I'm now happily adding iHerbs and iSpices to my daily mush. (Did you know that just salt & pepper brings the flavour of any salad out beautifully?- Super simple!)
