So many of these are similar. What can I say? this iherb one is solid and sturdy and BPA free. It has just the right tension to put the lid on and take off, same goes for the drinking opening/spout. The wire whisk does it's job. I don't have any complaints I use it daily.

Bitter Melon has been researched and it works. I like to take these during my bouts of sweet cravings and times when I eat a lot of chocolate. It makes me feel less guilty on bombarding my system with sugar. I don't have glucose issues but it's a simple small capsule that I like to have on hand.
This powder has the distinct sour aroma of sauerkraut. I honestly don't mind, it smells clean and authentic. Fermented foods contain the elusive vitamin k2 which a lot of people confuse with k1. K1 is found in green leafy veg amongst other sources but k2 is more difficult to obtain (ie fermented foods). I'd like to take this powder as a drink but put it into capsules at the moment. I can be fussy on where my money goes with supplements but am a repeat purchaser of this one.
Superfood, of course. These are very potent and worth the money. Small easy to swallow capsules. Perhaps you have done some research about your health and been led here. The evidence in broccoli sprouts is real not brand hyped so If you have a condition where these may benefit or simply want to maintain health then I highly recommend!

All Astaxanthin soft gels looks the same. I've tried different brands and this is the cheapest. There should be little difference in quality from one brand to the next. At least that is the logic on which I based this purchase. In the past I've tried the major brand using Hawaiian sourced and during that time it showed through in my (better) skin tone. After a few bottles of this one it doesn't seem to be making a difference. There are so many variables however, as I'm taking plenty of other skin type supplements. Thus difficult to review. I gave 3/5 stars but will not be re-purchasing.
My grandmother and I are taking this for arterial health. My grandmother has a 90% blockage in one of her carotid arteries. Research shows pomegranate can help with this condition, among many other benefits.
I love this one by Eclectic Institute! I cycle on and off their Powders and I can feel this one makes a difference to my chronic fibro symptoms and energy levels. Has many goodies contained on so many levels I will keep re-ordering as it is one of my favs.
I researched Colostrum and it demonstrates that it can be effective for good health. Certain individuals like myself can benefit and I feel that I do. After approximately three weeks I noticed a difference to my well-being, subtle but worth it.

A very mild flavour I can take it straight from a teaspoon, only need such a tiny amount it's super value. An E complex is the only way to take vitamin E. I like to drizzle a bit over dinner and it makes the food shiney and appetizing.

They're light green medium/small caps with a earthy green herbal fragrance. I cannot help but think of beer each time I take one, and just one, half an hour before bed is effective in helping me WANT to go to sleep. The serving suggestion allows 2 or 3 but I have only ever taken one at a time and on really stubborn nights I follow up with melatonin 2mg which together is like a one way ticket to slumberland. Please note that I don't suffer from traditional insomnia but sometimes my motivation to switch off my brain and get into bed is just not there. Organic source is a bonus. Everyone is different but I would recommend to at least give these a try if you have the same issue as me.
