My husband and I live in a very rural area. (the closest whole foods or vitamin cottage is over 400 miles away) I was thrilled when I stumbled upon iHerb. The service was fast, shipping was a steal, and they carried thousands of items that I used on a daily basis. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Chiropractic Assistant, I know how important clean living is. That is why I choose to shop iHerb.com.
Coconut flour can be tricky to work with. I've used this in cookie recipes, waffles, cakes, candies and I'm hoping to try bread very soon. This was a great price for a great product. If you're ready to try coconut flour don't be scared to purchase this. One tip: follow coconut flour recipes EXACTLY.
I didn't realize these had been PASTEURIZED. Apparently the FDA requires pasteurization (grrr) on raw nuts like almonds. BUT there are a couple different ways to pasteurize almonds: steam treatment or fumigation with toxic propylene oxide (PPO) gas. The package on these nuts does not specify which treatment was used. The nuts tasted great, but this new discovery has me reading labels even more carefully. I supposed buying organic is the ONLY way to go.

I've used Light Mountain Henna on my hair before and I have been impressed with the quality every single time. After spending a small fortune on toxic salon dyes and conditioning products, I decided to try something completely natural. I suggested viewing a youtube video on how to apply henna before taking on the task by yourself. One box covered my very thick curly hair that was two inches longer than shoulder length. The color was shiny and lasted for at least 4 weeks. The product did not stain my skin at all. I did notice that it kind of rubbed off into my neck after a couple days, turning my neck blue. But the color residue washed off of my neck with soap and water. I will continue to purchase this product for many years to come.
I have been spoiled. I'm not able to eat "honey bear" honey from the store any longer after trying organic raw honey. The flavor does not even compare to store bought pasteurized honey. Y.S. Eco Bee Farms has a great texture and light, genuine honey flavor. The price is unbeatable at iHerb. I will purchase this product again in the future as long as they continue to stock it!
If you're going to purchase one essential oil out of all of the thousands of essential oils to choose from, I would recommend tea tree oil. This essential oil helped me in high-school with acne, it seems to speed up the healing process on any cuts or sores and much much more! Currently we're using it as a natural repellant to help ward off ticks and fleas on our German Shorthair. Great product!
Conventional soy sauce is OUT! Bragg's Liquid Aminos is IN! If you love soy sauce then you're going to flip over the flavor of Bragg's Liquid Aminos. I grew up on this stuff! It tastes amazing on veggies, salads, chicken, beef, etc. AND: totally healthy.
Crazy good moisture, great hold, non-greasy, non-sticky...FAB!
I LOVE this stuff. Doesn't clog my pores, long lasting coverage, great color. I highly doubt I will be changing foundation any time soon.
I've used quinoa for several years now and have even gotten my husband hooked on the stuff! Packed with protein it makes an excellent meat substitute on "vegetarian nights" at my house. The Alter Eco quinoa cooked up quickly (I always soak my quinoa first for up to 24 hours.) The quinoa was not bitter at all and seemed to be larger than the quinoa I've purchased in the past. I will most definitely purchase this brand again!
I think I'd call myself a Ketchup addict. Ketchup is definitely my favorite condiment. Annie's was a great purchase! Delish on scrambled eggs, burgers, fries, chicken, soup..etc!
