It hasn't been long enough, so I don't know if it helps. I had it before in pills ( different manufacturer ) and they really made my periode regular after 26 years of getting it at 35-43 days if at all. But I don't think the information is correct - to make a tea of it. It is such a fine powder, finer than cocoa powder, there is no way you can soak it, goes through every kind of filter. Plus, as it is a herb, I don't think it's very clever to kill its agents with the hot water. But noone was able to give me correct information on how to use it, I even wrote to Frontier Products help desk but they had no idea and didn't want to help either. So, I think you should eat it mixed into yoghurts, tea wit honey etc. The emphasis is on the HONEY as the powder is intensely bitter and irritates your throat. It's not unbearable though. Oh and it doesn't dissolve in cold drinks, don't even bother...

This diffuser is awsome, the person who invented it was a genius. Within the flat I take it everywhere, it's so pleasant to smell. I'm glad I bought it! If you put in 30 drops of essential oil, you don't have to refill it for days!
Feels very good on the skin. The smell was a tiny bit strange first, but you really get to like it. My only remorse is that they put in a very small amount ( towards the end of the ingredients list ) of synthetics, silicone oil ( DIMETHICONE ), and I just can't get the point... it's not needed in the cream at all, so why, oh W H Y ????? It's slightly harmful, but I don't think this amount is too bad - in bigger concentration it makes the skin age faster as it doesn't let it breathe properly. Source: Dr. med. Ernst W. Henrich - Dr. rer. Nat. Thomas Baumann: The Evaluation of Cosmetic Agents by their INCI-List Names And another sad thing: For this product they use the most dangerous type of PET bottle: PET 1. Made of "pure" castor oil, can leak if exposed to heat ( just sun ) or it leaks dissolvents anyway after a while, even water can trigger it... My suggestion is TO REPLACE THE BOTTLE. Why ruin such a fantastic product with the small details?!

All the body butters from Deep Steep are wonderful, but this one might be the best smelling of all of them. Quite rich but absorbs well, excellent for moderately dry hands. Fantastic ingredients:) A big pity that iHerb keeps raising their prices like every month... they are getting non-affordable. What happened to freebies...?!
The smell could be stronger...
I was a bit disappointed as this is a pure sheabutter soap bar, but it's seriously drying my hands while it's smell is a bit too strong for me. But only when you sniff the soap itself, on your hands after washing them it's quite pleasant. But compared to it's size, it takes a long time to use it up.
This is a great product though it might be not hydrating enough for me, but I'm sure I'll figure out something with it - like mixing it with sheabutter for example. Must already contain an emulsifier anyway.

I ordered this product instead of hair gel but as its consistency and colour is exactly like water's, it was hopeless. To find it another use, I tried to put it onto a sponge for facial toner, but it dried my skin ( which is oily ) to a very unpleasant extent. So now I'm stuck with it, and I really don't know how to use it. Guess I shouldn't drink it...
This teatree oil is very good. Tastes/smells very different from the Australian or European grown versions.
These are really fruity, absolutely zero artificial taste. Yummy! I wish you could buy only certain types of them though, like only watermelon...:-)
