great product

Posted by iHerb Customer on Mar 01, 2012 | Verified Purchase

Since last summer I've been taking this about 2-3 times a week, for heart and nerve damage I got from a seizure-inducing Ativan addiction in 2004(which the prescribing doctors always told me was not addictive). Since taking this CoQ10, my heart palpitations have really diminished, and I feel much stronger. I'm able to work out without getting extremely shaky and fatigued the next day. I also don't wake up in a sweat with heart palpitations as often as I used to. My anxiety levels and social phobias have gone down as well, and I feel much more in control. I also get no bad symptoms from any of the fillers. I really like these softgels. Just wish CoQ10 wasn't so expensive, since I live below poverty level, thanks to the pharmaceutical industry ruining a decade of my life. It's definitely something any psyche med survivor should try. I've never heard of it helping nerve damage and would love to see some research on this aspect. I'm sure it's healed some of my nerve damage.

good deal, no additives, nice high potency

Posted by iHerb Customer on May 16, 2011 | Verified Purchase

I love these high-potency vit. D gelcaps because they have no additives or GMO oils like soybean oil, only olive oil. It's a good deal and I don't need to take them every day because of the high-potency. I never get colds or flu anymore and haven't had one for about 6 years, thanks to taking these when I can no longer sunbathe.

great as a replacement for additive-ridden whey protein powders

I mix this with water as an energy drink. I love that it's pure whey, unlike regular commercial whey protein powders that have MSG and other additives.

I haven't tried this soap yet, but it smells wonderful and seems to be a good deal.

Great for hair, no chemicals

Posted by iHerb Customer on Aug 20, 2014 | Verified Purchase

I've been using this shampoo soap for about 4 years. I quit using liquid shampoos because of the chemicals--even ones labeled organic seem to have synthetic chemicals in them. Because we absorb a lot of chemicals through the many capillaries in the scalp, I believe it's important to avoid chemicals in hair products as much as possible. My hair has become thicker, shinier, and basically much healthier since using this brand of soap. When I switched from shampoo to soap about 7 years ago, I first used Ivory soap, which really dried out my hair. After trying several different natural soaps, I latched onto this one and will stick with it.

seems to help with boils and acne

Posted by iHerb Customer on Sep 29, 2014 | Verified Purchase

I've been using this for boils for a few weeks, and it seems to be helping, although I was disappointed it didn't just clear them right up. It has a very strong odor, but is rather pleasant.

good product, good deal--no bad fillers

Posted by iHerb Customer on Oct 21, 2009 | Verified Purchase

I bought this vitamin D product because I react to conventional fillers, and this has none that I react to. Because it's such a high potency, I only need one small softgel a week. This simplifies things. It's a great deal, I think.

economical, but does have preservatives

Posted by iHerb Customer on May 16, 2011 | Verified Purchase

I haven't actually opened this bottle yet, but it seemed like a very good deal and is supposed to be mostly pure aloe vera. The only thing I don't like is that the synthetic preservatives sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate have been added. I wish they would just use citric acid or a natural antioxidant like vit. E or rosemary extract. I'm giving it high marks mainly because it seemed very economical.
