I only use this in hummus, and it works great. No complaints. I store it upside down in the fridge, though, to keep the oil from going to the top of the jar.

I buy this to use mainly in making granola bars, which are my kids' default school-morning breakfast. I use coconut oil instead of butter or shortening. It's also great as either a complete or partial substitute for butter in pie crusts. (I don't use shortening at all.) I have used it in other baking, but it seems to suit granola bars and pie crusts the best. It gives the bars a mild coconut flavor, which is nice. I've also used tiny bits to condition my hair and as a face cream. Coconut oil is very versatile, and this product is great value.

We love the Kitchens of India Paste for Butter Curry, so I thought to try this one. It's also delicious. It's extremely easy to prepare. All that's required is cut, boneless chicken, 300 ml of water, and the paste. (It can also be used with vegetables.) I highly recommend this for a quick, tasty dinner on busy - or any - evenings.

A great price for a great product. Apparently coconut oil has been overlooked as a very healthy oil for cooking. It gives off a lovely aroma while heating, but doesn't flavor the food much. I have used it for frying chicken (Japanese karage), scrambled eggs, etc. I'm so glad to have found a relatively cheap place to buy it.

Be prepared for thick, white sunscreen if you buy this. It will fade after a few minutes. It seems to be excellent for sun protection.

I had been using nutritional yeast daily, but then I thought to go back to brewer's yeast like I had used for years before nutritional yeast was a thing. Now I see why I switched. Brewer's yeast, even this "reduced bitterness" type, is, frankly, bitter. This has the distinctly bitter taste of brewer's yeast, and I now can see that I see that I am spoiled by the more palatable nutritional yeast. If you are OK with the bitterness, this is a great product and good value for money.

I put this on every night after my bath. I hasn't made me into a youthful beauty, but it seems to work and is non-oily.

This is a good liquid face soap, and only a little is needed. It has a pleasant feel and slight citrus fragrance. This bottle lasts a long time.

I used this yesterday to dye my graying hair. It covered the gray well. In fact, I got distracted with other things and left it on too long, so now my hair is a bit too dark. It is an effective dye.
