Rated 4 because I have had trouble swallowing these. I will go back to 500mg size. Otherwise a really good formula that is easily absorbed by the body. Important for immunity and healthy gums.
Rheumatologist recommended this. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue and 200 mg increased my energy level. However I recently read that Co-Q10 is not as well used by the body as Ubiquinol, so I plan to switch to that form.
