One has to be careful because some brands of natural progesterone cream have propylene glycol, which has some toxicity to the liver and is unnecessary in skin care products (or food for that matter--check out the label on baker's coconut bought at the grocery store). I have been using this brand for a number of years, and although it's hard to tell conclusively cause-wise, I do know that my bone density has slowly but steadily been growing even without prescriptions such as Fosamax during the many years I have used progesterone cream (of course I supplement calcium and vit D as well).

This is a very healing herbal salve. I have especially used it for finger cracks, and any other kind of scrape or skin irritation. I also use it for lip balm.
My husband tends to be anemic, and one of these a day, in addition to his multiple with iron, seems to keep his blood at the target level. The multiple alone doesn't do it, but when this is added, it puts him right where he needs to be.
I take about a tablespoon once a day or sometimes twice a day. I heat water to the boiling point just like for tea, and add the bitters to help boil off the alcohol that the herbs are preserved in, otherwise I pick up a tiny bit of alcohol yucky-feeling. For sure, however, this really helps with my need to take anti-acid pills, in fact I have been able to eliminate pepcid and such, and supplement now only with a few tums now and then. I would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for the alcohol. I have tried another brand of bitter herbs without alcohol, and had an allergic reaction, so that's why I went back to this.
I really like this flavor. It tastes great, and has tiny little crunchies so it's kind of like biting into bits of real fruit.

I have been using the Nutribiotic brand for years in our smoothies. To save money, I tried this Now formula, and I will be very glad when we are through this container because we don't like the taste it gives to our smoothies.

I normally don't like scented products, but my husband loves the Jason Body Washes, and I love the fragrance of mangos. The only thing that would be even more perfect would be one that smells like plums.

I have tried several other whey protein powders and they all have a strange taste to me which I don't like. This one also has that taste but it is just barely detectable, so I can handle it. I like the fact that it is stevia-sweetened. I mix two scoops of this with two cups of milk and freeze in my little ice cream maker and it's pretty darn good.
I have been putting this into smoothies for years with very good results. I switch it out with soy protein to help not develop food allergies.
I have used this on sore muscles everywhere from low back to neck and shoulders. It works fast and well.
