I took this for my knee, which is only mildly arthritic. I could not tell if it worked for that. But my neck, which has severe (little cartilage left between some vertebrae) degenerative joint disease and arthritis was helped immensely. While I was taking this supplement, I did not have a flare-up from my neck. And not for lack of use and abuse! There's no placebo effect in my case. When it flares up, inflammation and muscle spasms pinch nerves, causing arm, head and shoulder pain which makes life very difficult. When I stopped taking it I had a couple flare-ups which usually take a month to resolve. Whether you take this one supplement, or take them in separate forms, this is worth a try. I feel the two need to be taken together, I had no relief from taking boswellia or curcumin alone. When the pain is gone, you just stop thinking about it. This combination works and what an incredible relief. This is just my experience, we're all different. Hope it helps you too.

I used to love this lotion, it absorbed well, had a mild scent. Now they have changed the formula, using a different preservative that causes my sensitive skin to itch all over. It doesn't absorb as well and the mild almond scent is gone, replaced by the scent of the phenoxyethanol (combo) preservative. Terrible change!

I ordered this to replace Enzymedica Digest Gold because they are similar products, but Now Foods DIgest Platinum costs far less. It works just as well in every way. We still use an additional Beano tablet for extra support with beans and vegetables -- but this is an excellent formula.

I would like to be able to give this product a proper review, but it does not list the preservative. When I received my order I learned through the odor of phenoxyethanol and from another source that this is their preservative. This preservative makes my skin itchy and I would not have bough the product if it were listed on the ingredients as it should be. If large amounts of glycerin make your hair look wet or stringy, this product will do the same.

I ordered these half-hoping they might help my husband and I with stomach irritation from foods and anti-inflammatory medications. I did a little research first on PubMed, but I'm always skeptical. We always seem to be chewing Tums and Rolaids and taking Maalox despite a healthy diet. After just a couple weeks I realized that our antacid consumption is greatly reduced. I have eaten foods that bother my stomach (such as tomatoes) with no discomfort. Very pleased indeed.

The preservative in this gel makes my sensitive skin itch around the scalp and neck and ears.

I have used less expensive enzymes with much better results than this brand. It's not quite the same as having taken no enzyme at all, but it is not effective at preventing gas from beans and other similar foods. Taking two did not improve effectiveness over taking one! Very disappointing, I was hoping for better quality for the high price.

Or at least the best one I've tried. I hate, hate, hate sunscreen. But I LOVE this one! The "chemical" ones burn and feel greasy or tacky and give me a rash. I hate walking around in a sunscreen-scented cloud. I've tried many "mineral" sunscreens, only to have them burn, turn my fair skin whitish-purple, or to burn right through them. The best rated ones (Environmental Working Group) are usually like wearing crisco mixed with caulk. Devita Solar Body Block is light, silky and nearly odor-free. It rubs right on like a lotion, is invisible (really!) and barely noticeable. I actually forgot I had it on. No burn-through, either. I have a completely de-pigmented scar on my arm and it did not get pink at all in the afternoon sun. Husband declared it his favorite too. Ladies, you know how hard it is to get sunscreen on the men. This is the one. (Update from 2016) - My most recent purchase of this sunscreen found it clumping up on the skin and not spreading evenly and peeling off as other reviewers have mentioned. I hope Devita has this solved for 2017.

I have been spending more for "extra soft" toothbrushes locally which get stiff quickly and irritate the gums. Smile Brite Extra-Soft toothbrushes are very soft and non-irritating and stay that way. Good product, good price.
