When it comes to serious detox, EveryDay Detox is preferred even over Yogi. EveryDay contains a little something extra which really does the trick. I usually let the tea bag in the cup while I drink.

NO NEED TO BUY FABRIC SOFTENER WHEN YOU SIMPLY TOSS A POD INTO THE MACHINE. I LIKE HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT, AND I LIKE SMALL CONCENTRATED AMOUNTS. MY LIVING SPACE IS LIMITED, AND LIFTING IS DIFFICULT FOR ME.

Fifty 50, Low Glycemic Peanut Butter tastes like something made on the spot, without synthetics, sugar, or added salt. It's very crunchy....full of peanuts. I find it very satisfying to eat with apples or celery or on its own. Check what you'd pay in a healthfood boutique for this quality peanut butter.

I love nut butter with apples. So, might as well eat something good for you, right? It's very bland, but it's raw almond. What do you expect? I can get used to it.
My last HDL(good) cholesterol measured 135. I use 1 packet every day. Usually, I mix it half/half with some healthy herbal iced tea or green tea. All those antioxidants just keep adding up and killing off the nasties. It's a bit sweet alone, and the weight loss is good. I maintain very easily. Do not drink in the evening.
helpful for dry eyes
I would have enjoyed True Vitality more if it did not have the probiotics. This gives me excess wind. Otherwise, it's full of goodness, and honey helps the taste.
Truthfully, the coconut oils I've tried taste the same. I always prefer the idea of organic.
I cannot use Evening Primrose internally due to my sensitivity. It triggers migraines. I think it's wonderful for my skin, though, so I squeeze out the oil and use it in various ways.
Echinacea is more effective in tea form than a pill. Don't you agree? One feels the effects almost immediately.
