My vet recommended L-lysine for the cats/kittens I was rescuing from a feral colony. Many of them had viral infections that caused eye and upper respiratory issues. I can add this powder to their dry or canned food. It does seem to help boost their immune systems and help keep the viral stuff under control.
I've suffered from PMS for years. I get cramps, headache, bloating, mood swings. I have been using this along with dong quoi, vitamin D, and fish oil for mood support and anti inflammatory. Combined they seem to help with overall symptoms.
I've tried about every leave in conditioner there is. I like this one a lot and it's inexpensive. I have very dry, damaged, processed hair, and this provides moisture and makes my hair much more manageable. It keeps my hair looking smooth. I buy this one regularly. I add a little coconut oil and blend it with this conditioner during winter when my hair is super dry.
I've tried other fish oil capsules and many have a lasting fishy taste. These are more expensive, but are high quality and have absolutely zero fishy taste. I would recommend these. iherb has the best price on these that I have found.
This is a great self tanner. I am fair skinned and just wanted a little color that looked natural. This is perfect! It is not too heavy or greasy and has a mild, pleasant scent (some self tanners I've tried have a weird smell). I use every couple of nights after washing/exfoliating my face. I can use nightly for a darker color and it still looks natural and there are no obvious lines at the edges of my skin or around the hairline.
I have 5 small dogs. 3 are seniors and this helps with joint pain. It helps relieve some of the itchiness and dry skin/dull coat issues. Overall I think it gives them all a nutritional boost.
I like this stuff. I have several in other scents. I like them all a lot. I get dry lips - especially in winter weather. I hate the lip balms that are hard and don't go on smoothly. This is a nice balance of light and soothing without being gloppy. Scents are not overwhelming.
I bought the cherry tinted one and loved it - nice light color but moisturizes great and stays on. I got several in different scents and use them all the time. Especially good in winter. I live in Upstate NY and winters are cold and dry. The chocolate one smells nice - pleasant but not overwhelming.
These are a little stronger than the Yummy Earth ginger candies but they are good if you like ginger candy that is a little spicy. I would buy these again. Soothing if you have mild nausea/stomach upset.
I have used many ELF products and they are good quality at very low price. This is a nice little brush. It works as well as more expensive brushes. It's durable and I can wash every few days and it holds up well.
