After taking a class in Nutrition my freshman year of college (Go Big Blue!) I've been a Health Nut ever since. That includes everything from what I eat (and do not eat), to taking more than just a handful of Vits, Mins, Herbs. etc. pre- post and during each meal. Some of my friends think I go overboard but I haven't the flu, a cold, or even sniffles since, well, I don't remember. If I had any "simple" advice for others it would to look out for FILLERS (vegetable source versus man-made) and the amount in each product you use. Fillers are just another thing your hard-working Liver has to deal with regardless of how "healthy" the product might be. Take care and Good Health too all.
