This one works spectacular for me. In the human body, Molybdenum is involved in the synthesis of three enzymes some people don't make enough of. One of these enzymes is responsible for eliminating byproducts of alcohol metabolism, and formaldehyde (formaldehyde is present in car fumes, most commercial hair dyes, and in the glues which hold carpets and furniture together, and is super toxic). The bottom line is this: if you have chronic fatigue or feel tired on exposure to car exhaust etc. it's worth looking into your body's need for extra Molybdenum. This product fixes the problem for me. I only wish Country Life would keep using the glass packaging, for two reasons: - glass stands out among all the petroleum-based nasty plastics (the glass bottles were the original reason I went for this brand) - glass is so much healthier than any plastic. Other than this little wish I'm thrilled with this product. I don't feel the same without it.

High quality grain, I just wish they would start using non-toxic paint on the packaging (can't help notice the smell). I'd suggest you refill it into some other bag upon arrival. Other than that, this Quinoa is great.

It works, it most definitely works. It's soft and the absorption is smooth; seems to favor the brain over the rest of the body, but if I take a sufficient quantity, it works for the adrenal pathways as well. I only wish iHerb would also stock the other potencies (100mg and 150 mg). This way, I wouldn't have to take so many capsules. Pregnenolone is the master hormone, the first in the conversion pathways: - Pregnenolone->DHEA->TESTOSTERONE->ESTROGENS - Pregnenolone->PROGESTERONE->CORTISOL. If you feel exhausted, you may need supplemental Pregnenolone in order to make your own Cortisol. Pregnenolone is synthesized in the mitochondria of the adrenal cortex (and in a couple of other places, in smaller quantities). If the mitochondria are damaged, you'll be diagnosed with "adrenal insufficiency" progressing to "adrenal exhaustion", even though the rest of your cortisol pathway may be working correctly. By supplementing with Pregnenolone you may be able tp overcome adrenal insufficiency and adrenal exhaustion WITHOUT replacing Cortisol (which is rather heavy ammunition and should be a measure of last resort, e.g. in case of life-saving emergency surgery). DISCLAIMER: The above does NOT constitute medical advice. This is my experience with the product following research. Ask your own medical professional what you should do in your particular case.

I don't have time to make the tea. I munch on it. What a wonderful, sweet taste! I love how it purifies my liver and GI tract.

Yes, we are Magnesium deficient—because who eats green leafy vegetables these days while getting enough sun exposure on the **skin** (it's not the same thing as downing a Vitamin D3 pill). Based on "ground-breaking research". True. This form of magnesium gets the mineral into the brain somewhat more efficiently. But why don't you ask yourself why the body does not absorb SYNTHETIC magnesium? Because it does NOT want it. I get my magnesium from organic green leafy vegetables these days. Works a lot better than any synthetic form of magnesium I have ever tried (and is more cost-efficient too, plus it won't give you indigestion). Why? Because at the center of EACH chlorophyll molecule is a MAGNESIUM atom—and it's super absorbable. P.S. What are "rice bran" and "stearic acid" (a DNA toxin and gut irritant) doing in this supplement? Silica is a plus. May get some Aluminum out of the body, according to research—but then again, who knows. Horsetail does it, possibly even better.

Would you want to take a supplement that is going to harm you? I guess not. I used to trust Natrol, so I bought this B12 based my good faith in this company's decency. The section "Supplement Facts" looks convincing - or shall I say inconspicuous - enough. Unfortunately, this supplement includes a bunch of really nasty chemicals, which are harmful to human health, such as: - dextrose: this is a SUGAR, for crying out loud; it will cause a spike in your blood sugar, and if you happen to be diabetic, a blood sugar spike can be life threatening. But wait, there is more. It includes "F-Melt", ""a proprietary co-spray dried formulation containing five pharmaceutical excipients, such as (...) disintegrants and INORGANIC ingredients developed and patented by Fuji Chemical Industry Co, Ltd.". I don't want that in my vitamin. - artificial flavor system: this can be anything, from MSG to you name it. I don't want that in my vitamin. - stearic acid - toxic stuff - beet powder - to fake the color, I guess - not even organic - sucralose - in other words, Splenda. Really? An artificial sweetener? As if Dextrose was not enough they had to put this toxic horror story sweetener in their B12 "vitamin". I lost my trust in Natrol. I would not give it to an earthworm, let alone take it myself. This is going straight to a toxic disposal bin. It does not matter how "small" the amounts; this supplement was made for profit, not for your health. Stay away from it. I lost my trust in Natrol and I (a previously loyal user of their ALA) am NOT going to buy anything from them, ever again.

The best of its kind, but still... what is VANADIUM doing in a supplement??! Oh, I get it: it's an insulin HACK. It's not a fix, it's a hack—with consequences. If I want to hack my insulin sensitivity, I can take herbal supplements. I don't want to put vanadium in my mouth. Not buying this anymore until the vanadium is gone.
