No caramel. Just standard dark chocolate with a little salt on top. I appreciate that it is fair trade but it was nothing special and definitely tasted no caramel.

Formula is fine, not drying and a good amount of actual seaweed and kelp extracts. The fragrance is very strong and very perfumey...not something I would ever choose. I would have preferred something fresh and more reminiscent of the ocean. The ingredients are great and all naturally-derived. The bottle claims the fragrance is from essential oils, but I do not know how this is possible. It's overwhelming really. My biggest complaint is the top of the pump (the part you push down on), was completely broken and snapped off from the rest of the pump, rendering the bottle completely useless. This is the 2ND shower gel IN A ROW that I have ordered from Iherb that has a broken bottle. Different brand, totally different type of pump dispenser. It was taped and wrapped, so I am not sure how much blame is to be put on iherb and how much on UPS, however I can say from placing 100+ personal care product orders online over the years and literally dozens of bottles of shower gels, I have never had broken tops or pumps from ANY retailer other than iherb...so I'm inclined to believe these products are broken before they're even shipped out. Such great prices and selection of natural products on this site, but I am starting to believe this is at the sacrifice of quality.
First time using a tool like this . I'm really impressed. Especially for the price. There are brands that sell very similar product for much more money. The bristles on this are very soft, and they don't absorb very much product. I find myself using much less product with this. It is easy to spread around foundation, then go back and sort of "brush" your skin to work it in and give the sort of airbrushed effect. Also, it takes no time. I use mine slightly damp, dab the brush into product on the back of my hand, spot it around the different parts of my face so I can spread it out more evenly. Within 30 seconds my entire face is covered and I'm done! I also love that the soft bristles allow you to work along the hairline so it evenly blends.
Definitely not my shade. I wonder if this color is meant for the asian market. For something called "nude", which is generally more on the neutral/ivory side of things, this is very yellow. The label on the back had writing that wasn't even proper English (or at least didn't get printed correctly). It reads " Keeps skin's young and healthy look ". So yeah, not sure where this bottle came from or where it was supposed to go, but I can't imagine this being printed on a bottle sold at any store in the US, which also makes me suspicious of what is inside the bottle. The product seems to be very pigmented though and it is very fluid-seriously be careful how much you use...it pours out really fast-so a little goes a long way and it is easy to blend. Coverage is medium, and it is definitely buildable. Sadly my rather dry skin didn't take to it. Even with a good moisturizer and a hydrating primer, after the product settles into my skin you can see the dry parts and the product sticks to dry skin where I have it the worst, which makes the product look cakey.
This is my first time using a foundation brush. I usually stick to a beauty blender sponge. I really like the substantial feel in the hand, it is easy to hold, bristles are soft, and it spreads product well and evenly, while not absorbing too much foundation the way a sponge does. It's literally like painting your face with a paint brush. It has a flatter side you can use to spread the product out, then use the edges of the bristles to get into the creases, areas around nose and eyes, and also to spot on concealer etc. Brush seems well made and after several uses and cleaning I haven't seen any bristles come loose.
I have tried nearly all of the scents of this shower gel from EO. This is probably my favorite so far. The scent is really well balanced. The formula leaves me feeling clean, but not stripped of moisture. It foams very easily with or without using a loofah, and the size of the bottle goes a really long way. I cannot say anything negative about this at all.
I have sensitive skin and cannot tolerate cleansers that foam. The description of this face cleanser says that it lathers but it does not. I took a chance at ordering it, so was happily surprised that in did not foam after all. It is quite creamy and has a good deal of menthol in it. I like that it feels refreshing, however it is also strongly scented and the amount of menthol is a bit overwhelming to my eyes while it is on my face. I don't have acne, though I do have occasional breakouts that I was hoping to remedy. I have not found this to work at treating or helping to prevent breakouts at all in the past couple of weeks of usage.
Something in this burns and irritates my skin. I'm guessing it is the papaya extract, one of the first ingredients. I don't hate the coconut scent, but it is quite strong. I have been using it in my hair as a restyling product, and I must say that it seems to work very well. Not sticky and a little goes a long way. As for being a face toner, I cannot recommend for sensitive skin or those sensitive to strong, fragranced face products.
I am sure this is a fine multivitamin for most men, however I am someone who has always been very sensitive to multivitamins. I took this after eating a full breakfast. I was fine for a couple of hours after taking it, then suddenly got extremely nauseous and felt like I was going to vomit. Fortunately for me it did not last long. I drank a bunch of water to help clear my system. There is far too high amount of B-vitamins in this. It made me feel a little weird, and like I had ingested a large amount of caffeine. Not natural energy. I don't know what percentage of B vitamins gets absorbed, but any product with 1200% daily value of B-6, for example, is way way too much for any person at one time. I believe they have a formula with much less amounts of B vitamins that I might be interested in trying. I do like the fact that there is food based nutrition and the packaging is completely recyclable (the label comes off very easily and allows the bottle to be recycled).
This is supposed to be sweat -resistant, and I believe it. It is very very thick and because of that it is also hard to blend or even rub into the skin with fingers. Oddly though, it doesn't cover very well at all. It is called a tinted moisturizer, and I wasn't looking for full coverage or even medium, but for a product to be so thick and pasty I expected it offer at least a light-med coverage. It will stick to any bit of dry skin you have, and I have several spots. Because of that it ends up giving me this cakey look, yet not offering any kind of coverage. Really kind of strange. Especially for something with so many moisturizing ingredients. Makes my skin actually look drier. I will keep this to use for it's SPF factor when I'm outdoors and looking for sun protection.
