Since we have 6 cats and 1 dog, we tend to leave them home when we travel. A week is our outermost time away. Last time we left, I put the rescue remedy in their water. Since the Rescue Remedy helped me so much in taking care of my grandkids, I can only assume that my pets didn't panic. They seemed fine when we returned.
I always use chia to thicken my green shakes in the morning along with banana and other fruit. I soak the chia by soaking 4 tablespoons in a pint of water. It forms a gel in 10-20 minutes - and I stir it with a fork several times while they hydrate. I keep the chia jar in the refrigerator and use a couple tablespoons per serving. We love the smooth texture and it really sticks with you.
I used this when I took care of my grandkids out of state for a week. I'm not that used to their day to day lives so I needed something to deal with the unexpected. I was wondering if I would sleep well since it turned out to be on the floor, but I slept perfectly on a cowboy-like roll even though my 3 year old gets up every night at around 4 AM. I got back to sleep fast. I almost felt like I was in an ever so slightly different reality - the reality of the beauty of the flowers.
We add raw maca to our green shakes in the morning and like the complex taste. We've noticed more energy since using it.
