Hope my reviews are helpful and informative to some of you! I enjoy the comments of other customers about products and I do often use those opinions to decide whether to try a product I haven't used before. I've been interested in alternative health and natural living for many years and it's always an ongoing learning process.

I'm new to using cacao nibs but I think I'm hooked. Even though these are unsweetened, they are still very tasty, nice crunch and seem very fresh. Also, this brand is less expensive than some others. I'm off to make some raw cacao balls with these and almond butter, coconut and other goodies. A word of warning - these cacao nibs are very strong and can be quite stimulating. They need to be eaten in moderation, and if you're like me, definitely not near bedtime.

Very good natural lip balm, and the price was more than reasonable. Nothing miraculous about it but got the job done. Scent is like candied pomegranate and is fairly pleasant.

Wow - this is wonderful stuff! I won't be without it now. My husband has mild diverticulitis and the slippery elm seems to settle down abdominal pain and gas very quickly. I take some pain medication in the evening due to low back pain, which often upsets my stomach no matter how much water I drink. I take a heaping tsp. of the slippery elm (or a little more) in a few oz. water and it settles down my stomach in just a few minutes.

This stuff is great! It will help fill you up if you take with water before a meal - don't leave it sit in the water as it will get very thick, you want to drink it down quickly. I also add a bit to my lunch smoothie as I like them a bit thicker, and this also helps keep you satisfied. If you have any constipation problems, it will help keep you regular as well. I prefer buying it in this powder form as it's much more economical.

These would be great as they are safe to wear and compostable as well, but unfortunately the pad starts to fall apart after a couple hours of wearing on a hot summer day and all that's left on the panty is the sticky film from the bottom of the pad. They need to be a bit sturdier so they can at least last out the day.

Over the years, I have occasionally had an issue with dizzy spells or lightheadedness. I found that a daily dose of 10-15 mg. of manganese would sort this out very quickly, usually by the second day of taking it. Manganese will always be the first thing I try with any sort of dizziness or ringing in the ears.

Have only started using this one so will have to report back later. This is the same formula as the Christopher's Adrenal in capsules only in powdered form for tea (or possibly encapsulating yourself). It's far more economical than the capsules. For the tea, you're supposed use 1 level tsp. per cup of water and steep for 20 minutes. You can drink warm or cold. The tea doesn't taste bad but it does have a spicy kick from the cayenne. I got used to it fairly quickly. Being peri-menopausal, I'm hoping the cayenne doesn't cause me to get any hot flashes - so far, so good.

It seems okay as far as providing some light moisture - can't say if it has any therapeutic effect. I notice a few people saying it wasn't moisturizing enough. It is intended as a serum, to be applied under your regular moisturizer. Smell is a bit odd, it could use a little natural scent. It didn't cause any irritation or redness, but after brief usage of a week or so, I did notice my face breaking out in some small bumps. Will see what happens with longer use. Also, not sure about the ingredients - does seem to contain some unnecessary chemicals. There doesn't seem to be a great deal of difference (that I can tell) between the Astaxanthin and Pycnogenol one.

I've been alternating this product with the Jarrow chelation product for the past couple months and I feel they are both good. I've noticed unusual smells both in my urine and bowel movements which leads me to believe the products are clearing out toxic materials and metals. I have been feeling somewhat better and the product also muscle tests very well for me. My husband and I both feel this is a good product and will continue to take it for at least several months longer.

I've found this product to work surprisingly well. I'm going thru peri-menopause and my moods can go up and down, with occasional anxiety/nervousness or panicky feelings for no particular reason. I'll start with one or two tabs, and if I still feel tense, I'll take the 2nd dose and on the rare occasion, a 3rd one. More often than not, by the time the first dose melts, I'm starting to feel mellow again. Definitely recommended!
