I am from Texas. Graduate of Texas State University and Clayton College. Studied Natural Health and Business Administration. I have suffered with chronic back pain for years and the many complications of Lyme's disease. See www.ilads.org for more information about the often devastating conditions resulting from Lyme's disease. Natural supplements have been a foundation for me to feel better. I am dedicated to educating and helping people feel better especially if suffering with chronic pain. Best of health to you!
I am one of MSM's biggest fans. I was in a car accident 14 years ago that left me with a twisted pelvis and chronic back pain. My muscles were so tight across my back and sacral/buttock area that I could not walk, sit or stand. Doctors put me on all kinds of drugs and I just fell into a deep depression, lost tons on weight and lost hope. I read about MSM and started taking it and it helped clear out so much muscle pain, spasms and tightness. My issue is significant, but this one product, I thank God for. Muscle pain, auto-immune issues, arthritis, joint pain, allergies....please give MSM a try. Start slowly on the dosage and work up and give it time. Doctor's Best has not additives. Clumps a little, but better than having additives.

I have taken this D3 because it contained olive oil not soy oil. In fact the bottle I have indicates olive oil and "contains nothing other than listed ingredients". The information listed now indicates "soy oil" on iherb, but the Dr. B website indicates olive oil. I still think this is a good product. I will write iherb to investigate the product.
This magnesium just works the best when compared to the many many magnesium supplements I have taken. I would say my body absorbs it better. Good for muscle energy and relaxation. No diarrhea to speak of. Lesser products at higher dosages can cause diarrhea. If you are trying for that to loosen up the system, then maybe just go with a cheap cheap grocery store brand.

Jarrow Formulas has the best powdered MSM out there on the market. I have tried several others and most do not desolve well in water and they have a very foul taste. Jarrow's MSM desolves quickly in water and has a very minimal bitter taste which you get with taking any MSM products. I always recommend this product to others because usually they cannot stand the taste of other powdered MSM products and stop taking MSM and thus don't benefit from the healing aspects. I have a back condition that results in a build up of lactic acid in the muscles and I notice the difference when taking Jarrow MSM versus other MSM brands. Great product and great price especially when you buy the 1 kilo size!

Product seems to work as well as the more expensive brands. Iherb has the best price I have seen. I take these with the antibiotics that I am taking for Lyme's disease to protect the good bacteria in the gut.
I was not sure that I was absorbing the B-12 as this can be a problem with B-12 supplements, but I had a blood test and I rated very well on my B-12 levels that were much lower before.
This supplement is often used to help provide a calming sense. When I used them, I liked how they worked. Suntheanine is often said to be the best and the best absorbed form of L-Theanine.
Free from my allergens. Good price for a multi-vitamin. When I was competitively running, this was my vitamin of choice. Solgar, Formula V 75 has been around for years. Nice to see stability from manufacturers.
I took these during a time when I was having trouble getting armour thyroid. Production delays etc, no generics. Nice resource to have for the thyroid although not to be normally substituted for a RX medication. That was not the case as I was off the meds and a doctor suggested trying a glandular supplement. I am a proponent of glandulars healing ability. Adrenal glandular mixes have helped them start to repair and heal when allopathic/Western medicine did not have much to offer.
A doctor recommended or sort of "rx'd" this product for me out of their stock and told me this was the only product these days that would cure candida. After a year for me, it did not (with strict diet). I turned to Iherb when I found that they sold the product for cheaper. Seems like a sound probiotic, but each of us is different and we may have underlying issues such as my Lyme's disease that can cause healing problems. Try it, but don't believe it is the only way to go. Candida is a weird, weird deal.
