People who have difficulty swallowing large pills might not like these, but I love them! I take the fermented cod liver oil and butter oil from Green Pastures each day (wish iHerb carried them!), and you can get that in capsules, but the uncapsulated liquid form is more than half the price. So I mix them and encapsulate the stuff myself (which is recommended because brrr!! Cod liver oil!) and these 000 caps can hold a lot more than the 00 ones, AND they're a lot less fiddly to fill with a pipette, I can tell you! Five stars for the capsules, but I knocked off a star for the price. Really, Now Foods! You ask the same price for 200 triple 0 caps as for 750 double 0 caps?! Bit exorbitant, that.

Feel rather stupid, really. I knew this tea would be strong, it being 'double bergamot' and all, but I love Earl Grey, so I bought a couple of boxes to try it. Unfortunately, it's so strong it has a distinct medical taste to it. It tastes of (I kid you not) cough syrup! It's not even unpleasant, it's just that.. Cough syrup? Not my cup of tea.
I go through coconut oil like a hot knife through butter, and that can get a bit pricey, but not when I can get great prices like this! It's delicious, it smells and tastes really coconutty (lifts my morning porridge to new hights) and there's three whole pounds of it!
It's a food-based multi for a great price, what's more to say? I bought the 30 tablets package to see wether I liked the brand (and could tolerate it, after reading some of the less favourable reviews) before buying the brand's larger packages. Can't say I've noticed anything wrong with their smell (some people think they 'smell funny/disgusting'). They smell of vitamins. No problems with toleration, either. But apparently that's different for different people, so this 30 tablets package is a good way to give these a try. Got a scare a couple of weeks ago when reading that calcium supplements were shown to be the cause of arterial calcification, but heck! These multi's only carry 10 percent of the DV, and it is food-based so if you are going to take a multi, this one is one of the best!
