This stuff is quality. My symptoms: brain fog, fatigue, constant tiredness, really skinny. I have heavy metals and parasites. This stuff helped me out with brain fog. I started with 1 a day, and worked my way up to 8-10 a day. It gets expensive, but, I just had to get better. If you're experiencing chronic fatigue, try taking some of this. Also highly recommended: liposomal melatonin. Glutathione is great for detoxifying your body, but even with the liposomal stuff, not that much will get into your brain. If you're not waking up with a clear head in the morning, you likely are short on melatonin, which is key for detoxifying your brain as well as the rest of your body. Look up Dr. Klinghardt's talks/publications on melatonin. I used a liposomal melatonin found on this site and experienced good results.
This is my favorite liposomal Vitamin C (besides the one from PurXpressions, not carried on this site). If you're doing a heavy metals detox, take this with IMD. I pull this straight out of the packet into my mouth, swish it around and let it sit for a bit. It is liposomal, so some is absorbed right away through your mouth.
This stuff is quite strong, stronger than non-liposomal. You'll feel this. But don't start on a high dose of this, start with a 1/10th of a cap of non liposomal R-ALA. Check out my review for AOR's High Dose R-ALA.
I've taken over a hundred supplements, and this is one of the few you can really feel. Start with a VERY small dose, 10 mg. Go with another brand at first with a smaller capsule, and take literally one tenth of the capsule (open the capsule up). You'll probably feel it. If you're loaded with metals, it might give you a headache, make sure to take liposomal melatonin and liposomal glutathione with it. This supplement can cross the blood-brain barrier and has a very strong antioxidant affect. If you're really feeling strong stuff from this, you probably have either a heavy metals or parasite issue, but probably both since they go together (each makes you highly susceptible to the other). Or, you're old. This helped me a lot with brain fog, also general fatigue. Start small and work your way up like I mentioned, take it every ~3 hours or so. You're mobilizing metals when you take this, if your body is a good detoxifier you'll eliminate them easily. If you feel bad, back off and up the glutathione and melatonin. For a full metals program, be sure to take binders also, like IMD or chlorella.
There's a big misconception that melatonin is just for helping you sleep. While it might help, what it's really needed for is detoxifying your brain. If your body isn't producing enough melatonin on it's own, you won't sleep well, so you won't detoxify well, and it'll mess up your pineal gland (which produces melatonin), and the cycle will continue. Start with two sprays of this and work your way up to 15-20 before bed. A big dose might give you a headache: this is a good sign, that means toxins are being mobilized and eliminated. Take some glutathione with this. For a full detox program, you really need binders also (chlorella and IMD for example). This stuff is so inexpensive, yet it has great results. Dr. Klinghardt goes into some more details on how great melatonin is, just google "melatonin brain detox" and you'll find some interesting things. Long story short: your brain will thank you. In my experience, if my brain is tired, the rest of me feels tired also, so this helps overall. This isn't a drug, so you won't get addicted to it, but you might miss it.
Great jar, easy to use. You're probably thinking "shoot man, why do I need to blow $$ on this noise when I can get my own stinkin' jar and mesh?" This may be true, except it's not. This thing is just perfect. Comes with a booklet that tells you how much seed you need. I went from being the kind of guy that lets his houseplants die to growing broccoli and onion sprouts constantly with 4 of these jars going on a rolling basis. It's so cheap to grow your own, and it's so healthy. Be sure to use filtered water, you don't want to use unfiltered tap water (with flouride) on your precious food.
Good stuff, just a bit expensive compared to the omega 3 from fish oil. I suppose fish get their omega 3 from algae, so it makes sense to cut out the middleman (fish) and get straight to the source. There's no need to swallow the capsules, I recommend chewing them up and letting the oil sit in your mouth for a bit before swallowing, then spitting out the caps.
This is good stuff, it detoxified aluminum, which we apparently have more of than mercury/lead/etc. Aluminum has a negative synergistic affect with glyphosate (roundup, it's all of your food, more than you realize) so that makes it even more important to detoxify. Google more more info, lookup what Klinghardt has to say on it. Horsetail also detoxifies aluminum.
The best way to absorb magnesium is topically, but it's certainly good to send some through your system internally to keep things moving. If you're not having regular bowel movements, this will help that happen. I was pretty clogged up, so it takes me 4-5 capsules before I notice any difference.
If you take a lot of sulfary things like liposomal glutathione or eat a lot of garlic/onions, you might get sulfar toxicity, but this will balance that out.
