Tribulus is one of the most popular and effective testosterone boosters around. I would recommend Tribulus as an essential for anyone wanting to build more muscle. Remember that a percentage of all testosterone will convert to estrogen... More Testosterone = More Estrogen = Manboobs... If you take testosterone boosters it's probably a good idea to take an estrogen blocker... The most effective blocker i've found is 3,6,17-Androstenetrione which I-herb doesn't seem to sell... Also remember that alcohol can decrease your testosterone levels by about 40% so if you drink 24 hours before or after going to the gym you are going to undo the benefits of taking tribulus.
Tyrosine is a Precursor to L-Dopa (L-Dihydroxyphenylalanine) used to create HGH, Adrenalin and Dhea Naturally In your Body (Listed as a Secretagogues (help increase HGH naturally)). most diets contain enough or nearly enough Tyrosine to create all the L-dopa you need but if you are working out all the time or trying to boost your muscle growth you may not be getting enough to make all the L-dopa you need and then you simply don't make the growth hormone to build the muscle, Adrenalin to max your workout or DHEA to do both... As it is an amino acid you might want to check your protein powder or pre-workout stuff doesn't already contain tyrosine... I read somewhere that a normal diet contains about 400mg, the average person needs about 500 to 650mg and it is non toxic up to about 3500mg per day... I take it with choline but beware of possible side effects of some choline variations (common side effect diarrhea).
I took this for 3 days. I got headaches after about 3 hours which continued for the next couple of days. On the third morning when I woke up I couldn't stand straight and was so dizzy I almost fell over. This is apparently a reaction only a small portion of people have and this is also possibly a very effective product but be very cautious when using it and stop if you start to get dizzy.
After Tribulus and Avena Sativa Oat Complex this is probably the next best thing... It also helps blood flow to the extremities (ie hands and feet)... It has helped stop my feet getting cold/numb but my feet did get sweaty after 8 hours in my leather shoes for the first few weeks.
From what I have read Choline is a Secretagogues. These are supposed to help increase HGH levels in the body naturally. Something to do with turning off the "stop making HGH" messages that increase with age. Probably not a bad idea to take L-Thyrosine with it (L-Thyrosine is an amino acid that the body uses to make L-dopa which is a precursor to HGH, Adrenalin and natural DHEA) Apparently it is reasonably common for people to get diarrhea when they take the choline bitartrate (and some other forms of Choline). From what i have read Choline Citrate does not cause this same problem but has the all the same benefits. I'm going to give Citrate a try (Iherb used to sell 500g of Choline Citrate in powder form made by Primaforce but not any more)
Combined with Super Cortisol Support it seems to get rid of the occasional head spin that I get when standing up thanks to low blood pressure.
Unless you feel like eating a couple of kg of Oats each day this should give you some of the benefits of oats without having to eat "cardboard" for 1/2 your meals.
Basically the tablet starts to fall apart after a couple of days and by 5 days it turns to powder and sheets of paper coating... Pretty useless if you like to sort out your vitamins into daily pill packs..
Add to juice or protein powder if you go for a pure WPI. No taste and small scoop.
Most cost effective method of non temperature sensitive probiotic i've found.
