Hi, I am a freelance journalist, predominantly producing health features and treatment reviews and an author of four books, three of the self-help genre and one, Toxic Beauty, discussing the hazardous toxic chemicals used in everyday cosmetic and personal care products. I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and have found various useful products on Iherb. I honestly don't know where I'd be without Iherb since the product prices are so reasonable and enable me to purchase supplements I wouldn't have access to in the UK. I purchase most of my natural beauty products and snacks from Iherb as they seem to offer some good organic protein snacks that aren't ludicrously high in sugar and some great organic skincare lines. I I hope my Iherb reviews give you some insight into my thoughts about the products Iherb carry.
Does seem to have some impact and is strangely addictive.
I do find when I take silver it seems to have an anti-bacterial effect. Sometimes this can cause detox symptoms, but it's a good product.
Definitely relief with concentration levels etc but this makes me a bit jittery. I think it's good to build up to the dose.
In my experience taking CLA made me leaner and got rid of some fat from areas that I was finding it hard to shift such as the stomach area. Once you stop taking it though it does come back and I am not sure how great it is to take CLA in the long term. I know in one study the rats developed fat around their liver despite losing fat from the abdomen so I don't know how safe it is, but in the short term I think it's a great way of getting leaner.
This tastes horrible and I haven't noticed much improvement in sleep with melatonin generally, but others have superb results with it so I think it depends on the individual.
This is very dry and hard. I found it hard to digest. Not great for me :(
I am a fan of Acure Organics products. I wouldn't call it 'Radical Age Reversal' but pretty much all beauty brands are prone to exaggeration. It doesn't feel heavy on the skin and is just a decent moisturizer without all the toxic rubbish in.
It's unquestionably a good product from Vega but I have a real issue generally with 'natural' vanilla flavoring. Of course no flavorings are natural and I do wish they would use actual vanilla in these pricey products, just because they've gone to such efforts to make it otherwise very natural.

This product smells great, rubs in easily and is inexpensive for an organic body lotion. I use it on my face too and it doesn't cause any issues.
I use this on food and take it on its own for acid reflux and it's fantastic that it's unfiltered. It can cause a problem if you have candida but I find as long as you don't take it too often it's ok.
