Hi, I am a freelance journalist, predominantly producing health features and treatment reviews and an author of four books, three of the self-help genre and one, Toxic Beauty, discussing the hazardous toxic chemicals used in everyday cosmetic and personal care products. I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Multiple Chemical Sensitivities and have found various useful products on Iherb. I honestly don't know where I'd be without Iherb since the product prices are so reasonable and enable me to purchase supplements I wouldn't have access to in the UK. I purchase most of my natural beauty products and snacks from Iherb as they seem to offer some good organic protein snacks that aren't ludicrously high in sugar and some great organic skincare lines. I I hope my Iherb reviews give you some insight into my thoughts about the products Iherb carry.
Super Nutrition offer some great combinations of multi-vitamins so you don't have to take a thousand other pills at the same time. I find the high doses of B vitamins can make me feel a bit sick so it's better to stagger the dose I think. Otherwise fantastic!
I like this natural mascara, it makes my eye lashes appear significantly longer, it doesn't sting my eyes or contain loads of plasticizers and it's reasonably priced. I only use this brand of mascara now. I like Honeybee Gardens products generally.
I like this serum. It doesn't contain lots of synthetic chemicals that have no place in a product destined for the skin and it does seem to hydrate my skin. I haven't noticed a long-term effect yet, but I haven't really used it consistently enough. I would buy it again and generally like Hyalogic products.
This should help with energy levels and concentration, which it did a little, but I found it caused kidney pains so I had to stop taking it.
I love Sun Warrior products usually because they are so natural and give a great energy boost, but I HATE the taste of this and gave it away even though it was so expensive. Just not for me. :-(
This does give an energy boost but I find it too expensive to buy consistently and didn't notice any drastic results.
I love the taste of B-Fresh gums but they give me a mouth full of ulcers so for me it's not so great. I am sure others don't have the same problem, but I ended up switching to Xylichew. Shame as I love the long-lasting flavor, particularly of the cinnamon gum.

I like Honeybee Gardens nail enamel. It doesn't last as long as regular nail enamel but the colors are good and it doesn't contain the same toxic VOCs used in regular nail enamel. I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities but this didn't cause me any problems. Honestly, there is no such thing as a natural nail polish, you couldn't make one without synthetic chemicals but this is the best one I've found so far. I wrote a book, Toxic Beauty, on hidden synthetic chemicals in cosmetics and if you're going to use a nail enamel, this is one I would recommend.
Not too expensive and helps with digestion, particularly if you've had a large meal or you have allergies/intolerances and digestive issues generally.
This is cheap compared to some other candida fighting products, it contains a broad range of ingredients to fight candida and it's potent stuff.
