Great liver tonic
This is kind of expensive for me but I really like the product. HealthForce Nutritionals seems to avoid using lots of toxic synthetic fillers and it does seem to help my liver. Very very good.
I use this in smoothies, home made chai lattes to make it frothier, cereal, anything you can think of really and it's said to help break down fats among other things. It's great that it's non-GMO, which is hard to find these days.
I am a big fan of Sun Warrior products. I love that this has pretty much no taste so I can blend it into a sweet or savory drink. It's high quality sprouted rice protein and it's great if you have issues with being able to utilize protein properly because it's more readily absorbed by the body. Great stuff!
Great body wash!

As as sensitive skinned soul and author of a book on toxic chemicals in cosmetics I often look for the organic baby products as they can be more gentle. Love this body wash. It doesn't irritate my skin, the odor is not too strong and it leaves my skin smooth.
Bee pollen is a good nutrient source if you can get past the taste. This is great brand and works well in smoothies and scattered over cereal. It's been said to help CFS sufferers.
Great dressing and you can easily mix it with some manuka honey, mustard powder or other seasonings to create something a bit different. I am fast becoming a fan of Coconut Secret.
Very good coconut oil
Generally love Artisana anyway, but this is a high quality coconut oil, tastes great, it's in glass packaging rather than toxic plastic packaging and is great for your skin, cooking with, eating off the spoon!
I have chronic gut inflammation and digestive issues and find that this really helps with breaking down foods. I am a bit of a foodie so although I try to be good I inevitably end up eating something I shouldn't and these are a god send.
Improves my foggy brain and helps give me that extra bit of energy. The lozenges taste ok too. It's one of the best B-12s I have found and it's methyl b-12 rather than cyanocobalamin which is good because it's not converted to cyanide in the body. The other bonus is the price. It's no wonder I order all my vitamins from the US even though I live in England! Think I need to move there.
Love this tea!
I used to be a huge tea fan then switched to coffee years ago but I LOVE this ceylon tea. My mum is also a convert.
