I am one of those people who doesn't care for western medicine so much. I am learning to be proactive and preventative. I research a great deal but nothing compares to practical application. It is hard to monitor the effectiveness of each product specifically but it is often times better to remove things and see if there is a decline or taking the less is more approach to find out what really works for you. We all have problems, Iherb has provided me with a great tool to increase my quality of life. I thank iherb and the community for helping make the world a better place. If you desire change , take action.
my over all sense of well being has increased after adding this to my line up. I have noticed that if I take it on an empty stomach I get a really strange, cold sweat, nausea, speedy, kind of sick feeling. As soon as I eat something regardless how meager it may be it seems to cool it out. One of those for what it is worth things. Def. seems to have a positive impact.

for the better part of a decade I always had a terrible time eating many foods whether it be pizza, gyro, pasta, dairy heavy meals, anything remotely close to fast food, fried anything, meat of all types, fish...didn't really matter nothing seemed to settle well. Wasn't much I could get down and not feel sick or stray to far from the old water closet. I have tried 2-3 brands but have always found these to be solid workhorse style enzymes that really work well for ME. I can pretty much eat what I want, whenever, wherever although I don't push it. The meal dictates how many enzymes I would take but usually never more than 2, if I eat like a horse marathon style I might have 3. really has helped keep me regular, never suffer that post meal coma thing. Out of all the things I have encountered in my life in the past decade this is tops on My Favorites list. In all honesty I would probably give up coffee and or beer before I gave these enzymes up. I think they are genius. Give em a go. Super quality of life increase.
For the past year I have been taking 5-HTP combo with St. Johns wort. I find it relatively hard to explain the positive effects when taking it. The effects of not taking it are what I am aware of. I take it with such regularity I kind of forgot how I used to feel. Was kind of like waking up with it being overcast outside each day. Now even when it is overcast it is partly cloudy at worst and usually partly sunny in my mind. Yes diet, sleep, keeping hydrated etc...all play a part in mental health. I have just noticed that if I forget to take or stop taking for a few days (which i like to do to make sure everything is doing its job) things begin to be less than optimal. I take other things but nothing in that window after digestive enzymes at dinner and when I wake in the morning. I can tell the difference without more so than taking it constantly. I think after time your body gets its levels/base line up and it takes a few days of not having something for it to drop off again. I think it is worth a shot, I found St. Johns wort as a stand alone to be less than effective, together it works for me. I don't take any meds/pharmies nor do I drink etc...so I am fairly in tune with being able to monitor how my body reacts.
I have been really satisfied with this product thus far. Use it daily in shakes which consist of mainly celery, carrots, bananas, apple or pair for breakfast (also usually break open some other gel caps amino acid complex, taurine, few others). doing a Diatomaceous Earth drink later in the day. It has lasted some time. I usually consume 1-1 & 1/2 scoops a day given all the other veggies/fruits I consume. Feel great and when in a pinch whether it be due to heat/lack of appetite or otherwise this and a clif bar & a banana can hold me down for extended periods of time(3-8 hrs depending on level of physical activity). Haven't compared it to many other formulas out there, may not be "the tastiest" on the market but health doesn't need to TASTE good all the time on the front end, acquire the taste/realize the benefits. I wouldn't really say that fastfood tastes good, it is repulsive for the most part but if you are conditioned to consuming it....simple process.
I have a terrible coffee habit. Whenever I do my best to have 1.5X the amount of plain water as I have coffee to keep hydrated but this stuff does an AMAZING job at keeping the stomach stable. This and the digestive enzymes have changed my life for the better and I have some in the car, gym bag, home, at other family members homes. I prefer it over the "fake chocolatey" tasting ones. Different strokes for different folks. If anything proves effective I am very stubborn and have a hard time changing to try other products due to a few less than effective things I have tried. If it ain't broke approach. Really happy with NOW product line thus far. All personal opinion here, whatever works for you RUN with it, til the wheels fall off.
I find it virtually impossible to figure out how to compare or due a side by side with something like the Macrolife or other products. There are so many variables from each meal, sleep, stress, weather that can have an impact on the human body it is just unfair. I will say that any of these greens supplements are worth taking. I often end up finding something by other manufacturers and attempting to see if there is any noticeable differences. I don't care how healthy or diet conscious you consider yourself. This is the kind of thing everyone should have at home. Some days we are healthier than others, this kind of removes any excuse to not consume a fair amount of fruits/veggies each day. A solid back up for those that sometimes fall short of a well rounded, daily diet. Is it fresh/alive. maybe not. Dollar for dollar you get a huge amount of what you are really after in the fruits/veggies without paying for water or a crazy premium for transport and everyone who touches it marking it up. It can really increase some peoples quality of life.
Have been studying for LSAT and have tons of supps I have been dabbling with attempting to figure out which ones are most effective changing doses, few days off to get time in between to allow for any possible residual effects to wear off etc...I can say that this one right here has def. enabled me to maintain a great deal of clarity/focus. I can't say that I am noticing it as a purely "memory" based experience but has an overall positive impact on how my mind performs. I say it is worth a shot, it is def. one of the few on my list of supps. I would not want to be without.

Not sure it is due to lack of comp. but this seems to be the most common/accessible buy for neti salt at major food retailers/online. I have tried a few different ones but this one seems to be sufficient even it is simply do to price and size. I began my neti adventures a few years ago. Was tired of being stuffy, sinus congestion etc...Def. made a big difference. I was doing a great deal of renovations and didn't have a mask on most of the time and it def. helped clean out the sinuses and allowed me to rest better as well as breathe with less effort throughout the day. Found it to be most effective after I have been in shower for a few minutes.

suffer from sinus issues after nose was fractured. These really have a positive effect when things kick up or during season changes etc...Been having could luck with regular neti pot usage so these only get busted out when things get rough then I park the neti pot for a week and spend some time with the sinusin.
Whether you are using it to brush your tongue/mouth to kill the bacteria or adding it to water and spraying it on your dehumidifier or AC it is good to have around. Kind of like an all purpose cleaner. I don't ever really plan on not having it around, hence the large bottle purchase vs. the smaller sizes. If you get it for one or two reasons you will be able to find another 10 if you have it on hand.
