After I found out it was milk that was causing my body lots of trouble I got more interested in nutritious food covering my needs and listening to my body. I started cutting out white flour and sugar, fabricated foods and additives, and started to make my food from the ground up with pure natural ingredients. I replaced bread meals with smoothies, home made cereals etc., implemented superfood in my smoothies and diet, started growing my own wheatgrass, got into sprouting and juicing, added a little bit of raw food, focused on organic and environment friendly natural food and products. My blood sugar is now stable throughout the day, I feel fresh and healthy and I don't crave for unhealthy snacks. I'm not going back to my old eating habits! The above led me to iHerb where I get quality products at 1/3 the price of the local health stores in Norway. I'm glad I can afford to feed my family whole, nutritious and natural food, and I don't miss fabricated junk from the supermarket!
