I like the dosage and the fact it contains vitamin E but... it also contains the form of selenium called "sodium selenite". UPDATE: Life Extension sent me a boatloads of links showing (they claim) that different forms of selenium have different functions in the body, so you may still want to stick with this product after all. Dr Mercola writes "According to the 1986 edition of the Handbook of the Toxicology of Metals, daily intake of about one milligram of selenium as selenite can be toxic. In one study, sodium selenite was found to induce substantial DNA damage in human fibroblasts." (google Mercola sodium selenite to read the whole article). I am not sure if Life Extension is aware of this, or if they think 50mcg is low enough not to pose a risk or if they believe the two other forms will "make up" for the selenite somehow, but I am no longer buying this item. Why risk adding the selenite form at all? I will enquire further but using a different form at the moment.

I used to love this product with its balanced and complete vitamin E. However, although I double-check the ingredients before purchasing every time (including this time), this particular time (October 2017) I received a different bottle of "MRM Complete E" with what must be the new formulation. Ingredients: SESAME OIL, sunflower lecithin, carob, beeswax, gelatin, glycerin and purified water Problems are: - sesame oil is not very stable - sesame oil is mainly omega 6 in it (I am trying to reduce omega 6s in my diet) - I seem to be allergic to sesame oil, so I would never have purchased if I had known the ingredients had changed since I last purchased - iherb really need to show up-to-date information about the products they sell. This means the manufacturers need to alert iherb of any formulation changes. - not too happy with MRM for sticking sesame oil in this formulation Hope this helps other people.

I purchased because I need digestive enzymes and these contain natural ingredients. Unfortunately, even taking this in the evening only, I get bloating until after breakfast next day (and urgency to run to the bathroom and colon discomfort next morning).... I guess this is due to the prebiotics (namely inulin). I certainly don't need those (I get plenty in my food). My suggestion is: avoid this product if you suffer from SIBO and/or IBS. And now, what do I do with the remaining 178 bloating-causing capsules?!?!

I am unable to swallow these huge tablets whole (even with a thick smoothie) 1) why are they so huge? Need to fit in lots of eccipients, eh? 1) They do indeed contain some "nasties" like magnesium stearate, stearic acid, silicon dioxide and glaze 3) I hate tablets, especially large ones. Best use capsules Not at all impressed. Waste of my money. Not recommended for anyone who has a sensitive nervous system, a history of choking, or those who are unable / don't like to take large tablets.
I really feel this helps me get my energy back up and really quenches my thirst on a hot day. Would like to reorder.... However, there is a problem with the dropper. Some time ago, the dropper bit came out of the ring it normally sits in and the green liquid started to leak all over, the bottle is covered in green stuff, the green colour got everywhere, not that easy to wash off. Cannot seem to get it in the right place again. I cannot seem to get 3 drops into a cup without getting green stuff on my fingers AND on the counter. I am also concerned that now that the dropper is broken, the chlorofresh keeps interacting with the oxygen in the air, so its healing activity is limited.
I used it to make some alcohol-free tinctures and also to add to my moisturizer
I am not using on my body. I use it to make a spray (with peppermint essential oil) to keep the mice out of my kitchen
ok to use as sweets
Not sure this is helping. I am feeling more tired and occasionally have a rash. Also, I for one am not too keen on bioperine. I know it is said to improve absorption of other substances, but my homeopath thinks black pepper just sits on top of the blood, creating sludge. Yuck!

This product does not contain enough zeaxanthin for eye health to be a one a day I also dislike safflower oil and would prefer vegetarian capsules / softgels
