I have dermographism and I was looking for something to stop the itch. This wasn't the stuff for me, but have given to my partner who often gets athlete's foot.
Good product/Great price

My husband takes these. As he takes them with fish oil this creates the active form of COQ10 which is ubiquinol, but at a much cheaper price.
Would be great but spray nozzle doesn't work

Bought this as it was highly recommended by Ecoholic Body. Is a bit greasy, but don't mind that. The problem is that the pump doesn't work. I suspect it gets clogged up as the sunscreen seems to have separated a bit and when I opened the bottle, there was white sediment attached to the inside, which no amount of shaking or stirring would fix. Had the same problem with their factor 15.

These work really well. They stop colds and have helped me get rid of my dermagraphism as they support the liver. Also like the enteric coating and price

They are reasonably priced and help increase my energy levels ( I suffer from Chronic Fatigue).

This Burdock root is comparable to the extremely expensive burdock I used to get from my herbalist.
Great Natural Sunscreen

Although it feels a bit greasy when you squeeze ir out, it isn't greasy on the skin. It rubs really well and doesn't leave an obvious white mark on your skin. Good sun protection.

Doesn't give my partner the same energy as the Adapt 232 from the Swedish Herbal Institute
Works well but moderate toxicity

smells fantastic and is easy to apply and rub-in. on the EWG cosmetics database there is incomplete information about the ingredients and the ones they do know about aren't the best you can get on the market. unfortunately, i often find that the least toxic ones ie Badger, are either pasty, have separated or are crazy expensive.
Pros and Cons

The high concentration of DHA made me really constipated! I understand that this is a common side effect of DHA. It didn't have that effect on my partner but then he doesn't have a very sensitive system. I like that the fish isn't farmed and the impurities have been filtered out.
