I believe you will find the supplements I take and recommend to be of great benefit to your health. I have spent the past 3 years researching health. Especially with regards to those like me suffering due to long term medication use such as benzodiazepines and various seizure medications which I've been on for around 24 years now...trying to get free of them. Without the grace of God and the extensive research I've been able to do during this most difficult time in my life, I don't think I would be alive now to tell you about it. For those of you out there who are not messed up from taking bad medications, do your research on healthy diet, lifestyle, and supplementation instead of relying on meds that will only hurt you in the long run. I hope you find the products I've chosen and use and the comments I've made on them of great help. Take care... JC
I was looking for a digestive formula that does not contain Glutamine, because I can't tolerate Glutamine. I found it, and it works great! I'm trying to get off horrible benzodiazepine medication and suffer from severe long term damage and a host of other things, too many to mention, and Glutamine makes them worse. Especially anxiety and epilepsy. I take this with the Lily of the Desert Stomach Formula which is also a product that really works. No more bleeding, less food in stool, and much less constipation and ease of BM's, etc. as the DGL helps with healthy mucous in the digestive tract.
Cloves are a VERY STRONG spice, but very good for you. Just a pinch of ground organic cloves can raise the antioxidant level of mashed sweet potatoes and make them even more healthy for you. Whatever food you add cloves to, rest assured, this STRONG spice is the highest spice on the planet as far as I am aware from studies I've heard for high anti oxidant content concentration. Take some sweet potatoes and add cinnamon (use healthy cylon cinnamon) (another antioxidant) and these fresh ground cloves for a healthier, more tasty and flavorful food.
I love pinto beans, but recently found out that black beans are the healthiest bean there is according to studies done regarding things like highest level of antioxidants in any bean, great source of fiber and more vitamins compared to other beans. I found this out on nutritionfacts.org. In case you are curious, pinto beans came in 2nd for healthiest beans...both are considered to be good helpers in reducing bad cholesterol. Beans, if prepared and cooked properly, can be a very nutritious and satisfying "staple" food to a healthy diet. Bean Cooking Preparation Tip: soak beans in pure non tap water over night with a tablespoon or two of fresh squeezed lemon juice and drain before cooking for best results and maximum benefits from beans. This causes the enzyme "inhibitors" from getting in the way of good nutrient absorption. It also activates the good nutrient assisting enzymes for better digestion. For even better benefits from beans, soak them in pure plain water until they begin to sprout. You can then eat them as is or cook them as well. I like to use a pressure cooker to save time.

I just started taking this product to help lower my bad LDL chlesterol of 177. I've also made some changes to my diet and am looking forward to my next blood test to see how well this works. So far, it's proving to be a good product in that I am very sensitive to supplements and I have not yet had any noticable side effects which is a relief. This is supposed to be one of the safest and most effective cholesterol lowering products (I did a a lot of research on it before I purchased it).

I like this product and recently read that B3 can help REM sleep and help you stay asleep all through the night.
I've been able to take this probiotic every day w/o any problems. There are certain probiotic strain formulas that I have not been able to tolerate, and thus feel safer tying "single strains" like this one, so I know which strains I can tolerate. I got this product to improve my gut health, and to see if it helps with mental issues as well being that I read that it is supposed to help enhance GABA expression, which would in turn, help with sleep, anxiety and depression, too. I was not aware that the L GG strain is a form of "L Rhamnosus" bacteria which is also supposed to help enhance GABA expression and lower histamine levels in the body, helping with allergies.
I tried all kinds of supplements over the years to try to heal my digestive tract from long term seizure meds, and none of them helped me, so I was skeptical about trying this one when my Doctor recommended it for constipation and other issues.like having blood and food in the stool. I believe I may have low stomach acid as well, and this seems to help with that, too. The blood in the stool has stopped completely, my appetite is better, and I'm much more regular than before starting the product. It also helps with Nausea, too. I also take Thorne Research GI encaps with it to enhance and get the DGL licorice that is not in this product. PS - It has also helped others that I have recommended this product to. I'd say that's proof it really does work.

Proven effective. Very powerful. Highly recommended by my natural wellness practioner, and he usually recommends the top of the line most expensive stuff there is, but still stands by this product. note: research interactions with certain meds to bromelain if you are taking any prescription medications.

By far, the best enzymes supplement I have tried. Bromelain can cause problems for those on certain medications by increasing the effects of medications and in other ways (do the research). This may not be safe for some people who take meds like benzodiazepines and seizure meds, etc., but if you want a great digestive enzymes formula with bromelain, I highly recommend the "Nature's Sources AbsorbAid for Digestive Support as well as the Lily of the Desert Stomach Formula and Culturelle Probiotics.
I learned on nutritionfacts.org that RED lentils are the healthiest lentils of all the colored lentils. Watch the video about it. It's very interesting. Be sure to soak over night or soak or soak until they sprout before cooking or eating. This increases their nutritional value even more and makes it much easier for your body to digest better.
