Hello. As far as nutrition goes, I prefer herbs to plain vitamins- trying to eat god. fresh fruit and veg seems to be the best strategy. My mainstays are an ENORMOUS fruitshake in the morning plus a flask of fresh ginger and hawthorne tea during the day. Aside from that, I just keep away from sugar. Its always good to try new things though. Currently, my 'thing' is red ginseng- gives me lots of energy and also tastes quite nice!! ----- Read the above? All change now. My main aim is to cut out the sugar these days so my enormous fruit shake has been replaced with a huge blended salad! It was a challenge to get it right but I'm now happily adding iHerbs and iSpices to my daily mush. (Did you know that just salt & pepper brings the flavour of any salad out beautifully?- Super simple!)
But I haven't really gone overboard on the stuff. I'm sure the quality is great.
Most of the food products I get from iHerb definitely have that 'medicine taste'. ie You know it's doing you good because it has a 'something' in it but that 'something' is lurking there in the back of the taste. Anyway, that is NOT these. These taste absolutely delicious and don't seem to be that expensive for what they are either. Whether dark chocolate and almonds are doing me good, I couldn't tell you- but they will be on the order list again simply because I like them!
They just have a bit of a funny taste to them. But still, they are better than many of the chewy protein bars you can get. These taste ok by those standards.
This and chia seed plus honey ( a little almond milk if yoy're feeling really snazzy) makes normal oats into something mega

With much of the food we eat being deficient in many essential minerals, these provide a nice array to help bridge the gap. Quality and packaging seem fine
I must confess it tastes really horrible but then I suppose these protein supplements tend to anyway. It does do the trick if you've been exercising and need a healthy meal- but have no time
