About Me

Hello. As far as nutrition goes, I prefer herbs to plain vitamins- trying to eat god. fresh fruit and veg seems to be the best strategy. My mainstays are an ENORMOUS fruitshake in the morning plus a flask of fresh ginger and hawthorne tea during the day. Aside from that, I just keep away from sugar. Its always good to try new things though. Currently, my 'thing' is red ginseng- gives me lots of energy and also tastes quite nice!! ----- Read the above? All change now. My main aim is to cut out the sugar these days so my enormous fruit shake has been replaced with a huge blended salad! It was a challenge to get it right but I'm now happily adding iHerbs and iSpices to my daily mush. (Did you know that just salt & pepper brings the flavour of any salad out beautifully?- Super simple!)

She loves it- that's all that matters

All good quality stuff but my very picky wife really likes it so that's what matters!

Thanks for your feedback!

Did the trick.

We had plenty of morning sickness so we ordered these caps. During the time we were taking these pills, we were not so sick as before for sure. Make of that what you will. I think the ingredients definitely help if you can't bear the thought of brewing your own tea from similar ingredients.

An ounce a day....

doesn't really seem to pay. I'm more than convinced by the quality packaging and great condition of the goji berries but they're super pricey for 8 daily servings. I'll find a cheaper way to heaven mountain...

It's that smell again...

You can't argue with the benefits of tea tree oil. As far as antiseptics go, it's always been a winner for me. So I thought I'd try it in a moisturiser on my 3 year old, who needs antiseptic rubbing into her small clusters of pimples and bumps she sometimes gets from kindergarten. Yep, no problem, the spots are vanishing as they should but the smell.... well I quite like it- (puts the 'stink' in 'distinktive') but it's got some way to go before it comptetes with the wife's more subtle fragrances... Still, I love it!

Nice but not quie the same as fresh

Great if you need to keep them indefinitely but the Heaven mountain variety are just too lovely...

I'm sure they're working and doing me good

They just have a bit of a funny taste to them. But still, they are better than many of the chewy protein bars you can get. These taste ok by those standards.

No complaints yet

The lady likes it.

Obviously another quality product from iHerb. We're really happy with these pills although my jury is still out on how easily these tabs disolve in the stomach. The only complaint really is that there's only 30% of the iron you need. Iron is quite important for female health.

I make tea out of it

But I haven't really gone overboard on the stuff. I'm sure the quality is great.

Seem to work fine

My wee turns conspicuously orange so they're surely going through my system. I am left wondering if vitamin D can be readily absorbed this way- bulldozing huge quantities down your throat instead of getting out in the sunlight.

Thanks for your feedback!
