Since I am hypersensible and have allergies and food intolerances, I am not a fan of additives. Therefore I love these liquid mineral supplements, without any help additives in them like most pills have. If these liquid mineral supplements consist the mineral (and the amount) claimed, then they definitely get five stars from me.

30 drops of this liquid supplement (which one is to use each day) consists much less than 1% of the daily value that we need of most minerals listed on the label on this bottle. Listen carefully before you object: So we reason that liquid minerals are more absorable. Ok, I can agree to that. But it doesn't change the fact that the stated amount of minerals in this bottle is close to nothing; in fact It is such a small amount of minerals in this bottle that what you get by buying this product is mainly distilled water. ("De-ionized water"). And since we need a certain amount of minerals as building stones for our body, the very small amount of mineral concentration in this bottle provide us with basically nothing at all. A guinea pig could get mineral deficiency by this low amount of mineral concentration. Even if you pour into yourself the whole bottle in one day, you will not get the half recommended daily dose of the mineral concentration that you need. I have heard that liquid minerals are more absorable to the intestinces, but the extremely low daily dose that we get from this product is ridiculous. Save your money and instead buy a bottle of mineral water. You will get a hundred times more of many of the same minerals for a lot less money. Even tap water consists lots of minerals. This product is truly snake oil.
I truly love this one, as the subject line says it has no extra additives. It only consists of the mineral itself. So I don't have to deal with all the additives that usually follows tablets. They often don't agree with my stomach, as I am sensible to a lot of stuff. 30 drops a day, and it should last a month. So if the manufacturer doesn't lie and this liquid really consists the amount of zink sulfate stated, I would conclude ending this review saying that I absolutely recommend this. Five stars

Unfortunately I have a real measurable problem towards a range of food substances, so unlike many people who have jumped on the trendy gluten free diet by choice, I can't suddenly choose to eat gluten again. For more than twenty years I have had problems finding nice tasting products for my diet. Often the fabricated products for people on a gluten- and dairy free diet are bland, at least in Scandinavia. Therefore I use iHerb and other sources to find alternatives to my diet. So I received this cereal without really knowing what to expect. But after testing it I must say that I really like the taste of this particular cereal. The declared nutrients for many cereals are typically hiding behind 'serving size' instead of using a standard volume for measuring the nutrients. This fools many people to believe that it is less sugars in a cereal than it really is. This cereal is no exception. Because it must be said that it is used more than enough sugars in it. (Btw: "natural maple flavor", does it mean that it is not real maple syrup in this?) In fact, even when it is not refined (white) sugar in this, it nevertheless might be too much sugars in this for some people: More than a fourth (28%) of the carbohydrates are sugars. And since more than 80% of the cereal consists of carbohydrates, it means that approximately a fourth of what you ingest of this cereal is sugars. Although my body has no problems with food rich on glycemics, I still think the content of sugars in this cereal could be less without threatening the good taste. I remove one star because of it.
It simply had too much help substances in it, and since I am hypersensible to some substances, this product didn't agree with me. I felt an instant loss of appetite, and the belly acted a bit up. (Tried it twice so I know it was this product.) Also I have tried other silica products, and when the products contain mostly silica, it has this particular taste, but this one tasted most of all only the help substances that coated the silica. Since my experience was bad with the help substances, I give it only one star. I hope I can get someone I know to eat the pills.
Yes, it may have a good effect on other people, but my stomach simply doesn't tolerate it. I have tried it many times now and know that this doesn't agree with my stomach. Not even on small doses. I have tried other l'citrulline without getting the same adverse effect, so it must be something with Now Foods' process that makes me not tolerate their l'citrulline. Since my experience wasn't good at all, I give it one star.
I have been using this for almost a month now, but I can't say that I notice anything on my nails yet. I am male and not old, yet I have tese vertical lines on my nails. They new grown nails haven't got less lines. But silica is an important mineral for the body, as processed food is mostly stripped from this minereal. So if this product consists the sufficient amount of silica, I am happy about it, since I don't like additives which often are on tablets. (I am hypersensible toward lots of substances.) For now I will give five stars. Going to continue using this for at least a couple of more months, and if I don't see any visible signs of an effect on nails and hair and skin, I will come back and edit the character. I also use vitamin-B supplement and zink.
I am used to herbs, and I can see from the colour and from the taste that this Eyebright herb is of good quality. Well, at least the batch that I received. This herb is good for dry and sore eyes, like for people who sit too much in front of the computer screen. I used this for two months together with another herb, yet I didn't experience a very visible effect though. Neutral rating from me.
I have read that one can use small amounts of bee-pollen or propolis to gradually build up a tolerance to fight allergies. But even a very small amount of this makes me feel moderately ill. Also that awful taste repeats on me for hours afterwards. I may try it again, but for now I have stuffed away the box.

I like Sodium Ascorbate quite better than Ascorbate Acid because it dissolves so easily in liquid; this property makes me think that that Sodium Ascorbate possibly doesn't create kidney stones the way we risk getting by using Ascorbate Acid, but I don't know whether it this is a reasonble conclusion though. Also I feel that it has effect on me. I really like it.
