I have been taking Stamets' Host Defense My Community capsules for about 2 years - They've proven their worth to me and are part of my regimen. I saw this liquid form, and decided to give it a shot. First off, 1ml of this liquid has the same content of mushrooms as 1 capsule, so you need to take 2ml a day to make up for the recommended dose of mushrooms as per Paul Stamets (2 caps a day). This is in effect a 30 day supply. You can get the caps in a 120 bottle (60 days) which is a little more convenient. Being in liquid form also reduces it's usage out of the home; capsules do not need refrigeration and are obviously much more transportable (take them to work, on an airplane, etc). There is also a slight mushroom flavor to it, so if you have sensitive tastes buds or hate mushrooms, get the caps. Lastly, there's alcohol in it, it's such a small amount but I figure I'd mention it in case it violates any of your parole agreements. How does it compare in usage to the caps? Well, I actually ran out of my capsules about 2 weeks before I got my order in, and with my luck (and chronic sinus problems) I started getting a sinus infection a few days before I started using this liquid. I took 4ml a day spaced out and I must admit that the liquid form seemed to work quicker, I kicked that infection after 2 days and felt better after taking my dose. Usually with me, a sinus infection lasts about 7-8 days, and the caps kick them in about 3-4 days at the same dosage. But after the infection subsided, I didn't have the constant "calming" effect throughout the day that the capsules give me. In essence, capsules offer a gradual time release of nutrients and the liquid (by virtue) offers rapid absorption by the digestive system. The caps are better for preventative maintenance, and the liquid I use as a "booster" for when I feel like I'm coming down with something. GET BOTH!
I've always suffered from chronic sinus infections during the cold season, on average 2-3 every winter. I did not get sick once this year! Even when everyone at work got sick, I didn't miss a day! Definitely worth the cost if you need an immune boost!
After reading about pea based protein sources, I decided to give this product a try as an alternative to whey. On paper it's all good; made from non-GMO clean sources, high in BCAA's, has a good amino acid profile, 79% protein by weight, and free from any allergen/gluten/soy/dairy - basically a protein that ANYONE can take and at a super low price to boot. When I first opened the container, I noticed that the product has a tendency to clump together, the scoop thing was caked with powder - This is most likely due to the fact that there aren't any desiccant packs in there (I guess to insure it's truly allergen free), but it was no big deal really. It mixed easily and didn't thicken up too much in liquid, but the real thing for me that limits it's usage is the taste - It tastes like peas (big surprise).... I would've figured they would manage a way to mask the flavor, but then again, any sort of processing would break their promise of a clean untainted protein source. So there's a small detail I did not consider when ordering this, it really isn't that bad, if you mix it with dark chocolate it's virtually gone, and it does mix well in soups or stews to add more protein. It also digests very well, I did not have any bloated feeling, or acid build up (like casein does), or gas... I will definitely order more when I run out. Just keep the taste in mind; if you're hoping for something that tastes like orange creamsicles, this ain't it, if you can tolerate an off taste in your shakes or want something as a protein-boosting cooking aid, this is for you.
I can honestly say that I did notice differences in my energy levels, but mostly in my facial skin. After about 4 weeks of taking this stuff, my skin was more supple and small bumps and imperfections that I had for years(on my eyelid for example), all vanished. I will continue to take this stuff, I can only imagine the benefits on my insides.

This is one of the best shampoos I've ever used, my hair is noticeably thicker and softer! I refuse to use anything else.
I've used other GSE supplements, and while this one definitely isn't one of the most concentrated options it makes up for it in dosage - 250mg per cap! I take 2 a day and have noticed an increase over the other GSE supplement I was taking. 5 Stars.
About a year ago I developed a small patch of really itchy, dry skin. I had no clue what it was and figured it would go away on it's own, given that I drink a lot of water and generally eat healthy. It never did (probably due to my constant scratching), and it turned out it was eczema. I've tried a few creams and such, nothing really worked well to kill the itch completely; I always ended up scratching or going nuts wanting to scratch. Well, this gel proved effective to kill the itch for a good 12 hours at a time. I apply it twice a day, once in the morning after my shower, and in the evening I'll wipe the area with rubbing alcohol, then re-apply the Grahams gel. It's been a few weeks now, and I don't scratch the area at all anymore while using this product. If I don't use it however, the itch comes back really bad! But, just like any good eczema product, this does minimize the symptoms (but it does it naturally and without side effects), and since I scratch less, the area has a chance to heal and looks about a hundred times better than before! Hopefully my body will have the chance to fix this for good since I'm not killing the area with my nails, I guess time will tell. The gel does have a sort of "earthy" smell, it isn't disgusting but it definitely doesn't smell like a bouquet of roses, but it's a small price to pay for the result. I love this product! Thanks Grahams!
I bought this to add to my diet and to help treat a superficial skin issue naturally. This is what it says, raw ACV with Mother, and this does what it should. I also lost an inch of fat around my belly after a month or so, and I'm fairly slender to begin with - So that says a lot.
These are the best bars available, hands down, and I'll tell you why: Many neophytes to weight training only look at protein amounts, and rightfully so, since we need all that protein to stack on some mass. BUT, if you don't get any fiber, well, good luck when it comes time to "return" all that protein you ate after your body is done digesting it :). These bars have high protein AND fiber, and low carbs - unlike many other bars that are actually loaded with sugars and carbs. They also tastes awesome! I take them an hour or so before my workout and I've been blasting more weight than before, highly recommended! Just make sure you get enough water! High protein means a demand for high amounts of hydration!! The flavor of this bar is more like apple than full out pie. It isn't overly sweet and is easy to eat, but if you're not a fan of apples then maybe you should try Chocolate Brownie or Vanilla Almond (both awesome as well).

So if you're not a PB&J lover avoid this one (the vanilla almond tastes good as well and is a good neutral alternative).
