Many people have asked what I buy on iHerb, here are some of the products we like with a sentence or two review. We are a healthy family with two young children in Hong Kong. Feel free to contact me on Twitter or Instagram (LantauMama) if you have any questions :)
I have two, and use them every day! I make my smoothie in a blender, but pour it in here to take with me so I can mix it on the go (as it tends to settle otherwise). Also good for when I travel and don't have a blender and just use powders and water for my smoothies.
Very thick oil, we use it on scars and it seems quite effective - but it is very very thick and sticky, so not something for daytime use, more for nighttime.

An easy way to increase my magnesium intake is with a dropper full in my smoothie every morning.

It goes on very smooth and fine to give a nice smooth complexion. The SPF only is effective if reapplied a lot. Apparently the FDA is saying that SPF powders are not effective at all, which is a shame as I really like this one :(
It does have a bit of caffeine, so I can only have it in the morning, but wow is the flavor amazing! The tea bag, like for other yogi teas, will often last for 3 cups in a row, with the last one being quite weak.
We used a few other brands, but they often left foam residue at the bottom of the dishwasher. With this one, we only fill up the reservoir 1/4 full and the dishes are clean and there is no foam - love that it has not smell too!
I saw this for a couple years and didn't buy it because I used sprouting bags - but this is much easier to use (for me) than the bags, easier to clean, and the kids really like watching and helping with the process. It is a BIG jar and you need room on the counter for it.
Okay, so I tried... to follow gluten free recipes and mix my own flour from this and that... I wound up with lots of different flours none of them getting fully used. This stuff is great - easy to use, and you don't really need to think about it - makes gluten free baking and cooking at home much easier for us.
I really like this for a simple homemade chocolate treat: coconut oil, raw cocao powder, Vanilla Stevia drops to taste, and then whatever else you want to add - coconut flakes, chia seeds, chopped nuts, himalayan pink salt, etc... it's an easy way to make a chocolate treat!

My kids are 7 and 8. They started with Tom's Strawberry fluoride free, moved to Tom's Strawberry with fluoride... for two years I have tried to introduce them to the various Tom's mint, but they were a bit too strong. Occasionally they would mix it with the strawberry. Then along came Wicked Cool! It is truly a mild flavored mint, that is perfect for kids who are really too old for the Strawberry flavor. My kids love it, and so do I. It also means we can be a 'one toothpaste family' when we travel - yippeee!
