Good for making liposomal C as the powder is fine and dissolves easily in water. I dont like to use hot water as I have read that Vitamin C is easily destroyed in this way. Seems like a high quality product compared to other C powders that I have tried.

At first I wasn't keen on the taste of this tea but after trying it a few times I began to enjoy it. I have run out and am missing it badly along with the health benefits so I am going to stock up so that it doesnt happen again!

Highly recommended as the best enzyme on the market. Large bottle..if you rely on this as I do you dont want to run out..and cost effective. The best!
Excellent for supporting the liver
I have never noticed this brand or any other brand of Milk Thistle to be beneficial but I quite like to take it just in case its working :-) I am updating this review to say that I believe that this has really helped to support my liver. I am ordering more and some for my sister too. I think it takes about 3 months to start working, I like this product because it contains only the milk thistle and in a good dose.

I was dreading taking this because I forgot that it would contain zinc which I simply cannot take as a supplement as it makes me feel extremely ill and sometimes vomit. This is unfortunate because I know my body would benefit from extra zinc. Anyway I took one and I was fine (thank goodness), I then took two later as it says you can take four a day and I was fine!! Therefore I am quite happy so far.. I am updating this review to say that this is a great supplement and I am reordering. Highly recommended. I only take one here and there when I am feeling depleted and it picks me right up, I also like the fact that it contains iron as I am not good at digesting red meat..
Smells very earthy

Makes your skin glisten. It is quite thick to apply. I am wanting to try to blend my own body cream and I am going to use this. It is interesting to smell this as a natural product. I wouldn't say that it smells great but it is what you are used to I guess. I think it is good to have pure products like this available .. Update: I have gotten more used to this and now I really love it and the smell. I like to use it on my neck or any very dry areas. You only need a small amount and rub it in your hands first. The tub is large and will last for ages making it excellent value, safe, natural and effective. Just perfect!
Good for ears
I am a pet groomer and I have been using this in the salon for dogs with ear infections. It seems to give instant relief but I still need to experiment some more. I am going to try the garlic oil and mullein mix in the same brand which is supposed to be good . I also used this in my ears and it cleared them out quite well.
Hot on your tongue
I don't really like taking this as I'm not that keen on the taste. That said it is very effective for blood circulation. Sometimes I get this thing where all the tips of my fingers go completely white and numb which is a bit freaky. I took some of this cayenne and within a few minutes the colour returned to my fingers. This product is excellent for improving blood circulation especially in cold weather and the dropper is a convenient way to take a strong dose with only a few drops..

This is good to add to the bath with other things as it smells nice and contains the seaweed. I tried the pure seaweed bath but prefer these salts.
