This is very light-weight in formula, but not too runny. It's easily spread over the face and neck area. An asset in the winter time, and even now that the winter has gone.. :) No grease, just hydration, with no added fragrance. Price is well worth it. Still, the hyaluronic acid here is in the sodium hyaluronate form, which is not quite as effective as the actual hyaluronic acid. It's not too uncommon to see the mix-up between the two ingredients in cosmetics labels... Just wanted to mention the difference. Please note: I am referring to the previous formula, the new one seems to have fragrance added to it. Pity!
Scent way too overwhelming

Ingredients Ok and moisturizing effects satisfactory. But the overpowering smell considerably limits the use of this cream - I would only apply to it to my feet, as far as possible away from my face ... NOW seriously should switch to a less offensive scent.

Lovely, sharp coriander aroma. You can tell from the fragrance that this is fresh stuff. Generous size and glass packaging makes this a good choice.. no more plastic containers for spice. Adds that extra punch to my favorite dishes!
OK to get your coconut..

This is a sweet, white paste dripping with oil. I love coconut oil, but this is a tad too sweet for my taste. OK for an occasional treat, not for everyday concsumption..

Ordered this for my Mom, but she didn't like this - she said it caused her face to burn.. CoQ10 probably being the culprit. Not a good idea for a sensitive-skinned person. Finally it was circulated to my Dad, who has the most resilient and resistant skin ;-) Won't repurchase.
Worth every penny

This product has earned its reputation. I'm almost shocked to find such well-performing hair conditioner in a so-called natural line. Alba Botanica has struck gold here. I don't know how well this little gem is advertized about, but this outshines any expensive high end haircare item... If you are looking for a smoothing leave-in conditioner that is truly fragrance free, look no further. Bravo!

It's still early to speak of actual results, but I would like to believe that the positive reviews are accurate and the health benefits will manifest later. Tastes OK in a smoothie (like oat grass), so no problems in that area. I can't figure out how someone managed to make cultured milk with this though - I tried, and my milk certainly did not turn sour/ kefir in taste.. So no replacement to my kefir starter.
Very drying :(

I don't understand what tempted me to buy another Giovanni body bar, since I had already noticed how drying they can be. It was the eloquent description at the web site that moved me :) Lovely scent and luxurious feeling, but, ultimately this proved just too drying. My hands are like sand paper after using this as my main handsoap. No way ever again, I will stick with more natural and superfatted kind of soap in the future.

The scent is earthy, stronger than in the shea butter version. This is such strong stuff that I use it for my body only a few times a week. It caused a stinging sensation on my face. Great for the times you want to feel extra clean and fresh!

This is an OK salve for dry spots, it quickly turned rancid..
