This is financially a good deal
All ubiquinol comes from Kaneka--they are the only company making it. So--just find the ubiquinol with the right price! As for the benefits of ubiquinol itself, I can say it didn't take long for me to actually feel an energy increase after taking Ubiquinol once a day. As a **general** recommendation, Kaneka recommends loading with 200mg/day for two weeks then maintenance at 100mg as blood levels plateau. **You may need to take more if you have heart or other health problems, however.
This is a decent priobiotic but Dr. Ohira sells another product that contains horse oil and I cannot support the slaughter of horses for a beauty or bath product. No worries, however, because there are many high-quality probiotics on the market and on iherb. Just look for a GMP (good manufacturing process) seal on the bottle and look for enterically coated probiotics (so the probiotics survive your stomach acids unharmed and make it into your small and large intestines where they do the most good). Also it is helpful to look for a high bacteria count probiotic if you need extra digestive support. Culturelle has a great reputation but there many others that are terffic as well. I am currently taking at priobiotic made by Renew Life, which is milk and lactose free--the bacteria cultures are grown on a garbanzo base rather than milk base.
This is a good hair vitamin
I like the Country Life brand and this is a good hair vitamin. Beware though--vitamins will not stop thyroid or hormonal hair loss--they help solve nutritional/vitamin hair loss only.
No Citric Acid or weird preservatives
Citric acid is an irritant--yet it is in so many foods/beverages and, oddly, in so many aloe juices. If you have an inflamed digestive tract, go with George's, it is truly the best.

but I liked the Andean Dream chocolate chip and coconut flavors a lot more. I would like these raisin & spice cookies more if there were more raisins--I think that was you expect when you get a raisin cookie..raisins..and it seemed like there may have been only one or maybe two raisins in each cookie--they were scarce! The flavor of the cookie was otherwise good. All said, the Andean Dream line is my favorite gluten-free/egg and milk free cookie out there and as a whole I give them 5 stars.
Jarrow can be trusted
I think Jarrow puts out good products, including this one. This product is shelf-stable, is a good price, is enterically coated to make it into your small instestines where the probiotics can do some good. I have purchased this product from iherb many times because it is convenient to carry around in my purse or leave a packet in my desk drawer to take them at work because no refrigeration is required.
A very nice papaya mask. It's an easy to apply gel mask that exfoliates and easy to rinse off your face when you are done. Quick and simple.
Best toothpaste I have used--ever
1) Has a nice foaming action to it but doesn’t dry out my mouth like drugstore toothpastes; 2) There are no artificial colors-this toothpaste is basically colorless; 3) It does not contain toxic fluoride; 4) My teeth get squeaky clean and it does and effective job of removing coffee stains; and 5) Nice mild peppermint/spearmint flavor—not overpowering. I will be purchasing this regularly--it beats all other toothpastes I have tried to date, and I have tried a lot of them.
Out of all the Andean Dream cookies, these are my favorite. Coconut is second place and then cocoa orange and spice. This is one of the best gluten-free cookies out there and also they don't contain eggs and milk which means they are kind of hypoallergenic '-)
Love These :-)

Gluten, milk and egg free and yet delicious :-) I also love the chocolate chip Andean Dreams. I've tried the raisins & spice and the cocoa orange ones too and they are pretty good but the coconut and chocoate chip are the best. It's great to find a cookie that is as tasty as this that doesn't have gluten, eggs or milk--common allergens. Also, they are not overly sweet like some gluten-free cookies I've tried. Too--I've found buying them here at iherb is cheaper than getting them at my supermarket so that's a plus as well.
